We stayed here three nights over Thanksgiving. The room was comfortable. I was aware the hotel was going through renovations prior to booking, but it was more than I was expecting. We were woken at 8am on Thanksgiving morning to hammering. My husband called the front desk to complain and they got the workers to stop. They also gave us a small refund for our inconvenience.
Very disappointed. Asked for an early check in. Got here at 1, was told no room available. Will text you as one opens. Never got text. Came back at 3. Was told room was almost ready. Went for lunch. Came back at 4. Was told room was almost ready. Asked could o wait in the pool area. Was told pool was closed 😩 waited, waited… finaly was given a room key at 4:30. I had been up since 5 am. Very disappointed!
Forgot toothbrushes. Front desk had none. Asked for wakeup call. Did not get call. property was old and not in very good shape. Too much cost for the rooms we had.
The construction/remodeling of the property.
I loved the hot tub, the staff, the suite and the fact the hotel had a full breakfast and it’s convenient to restaurants and shopping/stars I give Best Western 10 stars
Overall this is a nice clean property with really great staff, but it was undergoing repairs and we had so many problems that it didn’t seem worth what we paid.
- jacuzzi heat not working (this really bummed us out because we were looking forward to that after moving my daughter), and pool looked like filter was not running
- toilet would not flush (fixed upon request)
- room was damp (carpet was actually moist when we came back from the day) and smelled damp
- someone with a key to our room tried to open our door against the safety bar at 1am scaring us awake (probably a staff - she said ‘sorry’ before closing the door)
- breakfast was very good, but the 2nd morning there was no fruit because I was told the workers took them all in their pockets
It would be worth the money and we would stay here again if the pool area (which looked as nice as the picture) was working and if they get dehumidifiers for the rooms. Beds were clean and comfy, bathroom and shower were great.

Loving excellent staff. Facility needs improvement which looks like it's happening. Room choice matters. Some rooms have a musty smell probably coming ftom the air conditioner. We stayed in 2 different rooms and checked another room

Jasmine was ao friendly and professional! She checked us in quickly and everytime we walked by the front she always greeted us and wished us a great night!
The rooms were a little musky smelling, the tub didn't drain on it's own and the towel bar by the sink was falling off. Some updates to the hotel would be highly recommended!
The staff was great we even got an early check in but unfortunately the conditions of the hotel were not up to par. It was dirty, smelled like mold, our room smelled like it was wiped with an old wet rag. We knew they were working hard to get the other rooms ready for the other guests so we did not complain but it was to the point where it made our stomachs hurt.

so i requested a king suite with jacuzzi and i get it but jacuzzi isn’t working next the whole hotels smells like it has water damage and the order is very strong
The room had a sewer smell which was unpleasant. Everything else was great.
