A valid ID must be presented at the time of registration. This property does not allow the entry of minors under 18 years of age without the company of their parents or duly accredited guardian, in accordance with Law No. 30802. All minors under 18 years of age must have an ID or passport to be identified.

According to Peruvian tax regulations, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay 18% sales tax. To be exempt from paying the 18% sales tax, guests must present a copy of their immigration card and passport. This tax applies to rooms shared by guests who are required to pay sales tax and guests who are exempt from paying sales tax. Views and gym. Room was excellent
Some staff made a lot of noise after I checked out. They called my driver to inform him that they failed to charge me some 14 Sol for coffee, then they spoke with me, then called again, then sent me the link - all the fuss for nothing (after I consumed US$400 in 3 days). Not even a single 'thank you' after I paid it online and sent them proof of payment. The driver and me were shocked! This is not how tourism works, but welcome to Perú, that's why tourists rarely come back

Voor het geadverteerde niveau van het hotel was het personeel niet erg alert. Wel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, maar niet erg snel of scherp bij het beantwoorden van vragen of oplossen van problemen.
