Service was great by all staff
Comfortable bed
Way too noisy. Everything closed up and it sounded like we had all windows and door open. Need double glass.
Stanze bellissime, piscina bella e gentilezza del personale
The valet team works hard. And volunteered recommendations.
House keeping was lax. The extra mile just seemed to be elusive. Phone calls and messages take to long be answered and/or returned. The pool and lack of service is very mmmeeehhh.
The modern restrooms on the first floor by the elevators was an excellent experience.
The games by the pool, free sunscreen, and the strawberry water with kiwis.
The fitness room
The breakfast included was a treat!
It was so much fun
Staff, facilities and location
Not many options for breakfast.
Location is ok, but not great. Rather on the far end of Waikiki district.
Big cockroach under bed. Room rather small, no view. Biggest problem was parking. Hotel asked for more than 50$ per night for a parking lot that seemed to be a public parking space. No clear sign indicated that this shall be a valet parking facility. Hotel only reduced charges after I requested to involve police.
The Room was very clean and tidy.
It's old (needs a little work). But overall it's fine.
Its over 2 weeks and my holding fee is still there and no one will answer me. My bank cant help, the hotel needs to action this asap.
BLUF: Strong value play in Waikiki—especially if you’re leveraging Hilton Honors perks—but the on-site breakfast experience misses the mark.
We had a great overall stay, made even better by using Hilton Honors points and the fourth-night-free benefit. That alone makes this property punch above its weight in terms of value.
A few highlights stood out right away. Parking pricing for Diamond members is genuinely excellent for Waikiki—no small thing given how painful parking can be in this area. The valet team was fast and efficient every time we came and went, which kept things friction-free. Staff across the board were friendly and easy to work with, and the complimentary beach gear was a great touch—simple, practical, and exactly what you want when you’re trying to maximize time near the water.
Where things fell short was the on-site restaurant, Favorite Son Waikiki. If you’re an early riser, plan ahead. Breakfast didn’t open until after 7 a.m., and there wasn’t any real coffee option before then. In-room coffee also felt like a miss—tea-bag style packets with an electric kettle instead of a standard drip setup.
Once breakfast did open, the menu lacked the basics you’d expect at most Hilton properties. No simple “2 eggs, toast, fruit, and protein” option, and even something as standard as toast with jelly wasn’t available. Not a dealbreaker—but definitely noticeable if you’re used to a more predictable Hilton breakfast experience.
Bottom line: Great stay, excellent use of points, and strong operational touches (parking, valet, staff). Just don’t count on the breakfast—grab coffee elsewhere and you’ll enjoy this place a lot more.
Great location and our front of house guy was great! The pool and gym were fab
The door rattles probably should have told someone
I live the pool and the restaurant and the staff and the rooms. I loved everything about the facility and my stay. I LOVEEEE HAWAII!
