Room service wg hotelu miał być co 2 dni. Po pierwszych dniach był, następnie trzeba było się prosić o sprzątanie bo personel nie przychodził. Nasz pokój z drugim pokojem był przedzielony ścianą z zamkniętymi na klucz drzwiami więc cały czas słyszeliśmy sąsiadów

This hotel is in a great location. More importantly the staff are amazing. They helped us through a mishap using a 3rd party. A nice restaurant and bar with friendly staff. The room was great! Would definitely stay here again.

It Will be your Favorite Hotel
Pros:

I travel often for work, staying in hotels for months at a time and I've never felt the need to review a hotel before. The hotel itself is great. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the beds are comfortable. It's located at the top of Waikiki so the cost is a little lower than other places in the area, but you're still close to everything. What makes this place truly stand out is the crew at the restaurant/bar next to the lobby - Favorite Son. They are so kind and welcoming and I left there with a new group of friends. The food and drinks are top notch and the prices are excellent. I'll definitely be booking here during my next trip.

Pros:

The public areas are clean, airy, and smelled nice. My rooms had cleanliness issues but their response was top notch. I notified the front desk after the first night when I discovered hairs, dirty carpeting and towels. Annamaria switched my room to one with an upgraded view without hesitation. Later, I received a call from Earl, the Asst Manager, apologizing and asking about my new room. When I mentioned there was also missed spots, he personally inspected the condition of the room, promptly requested another pass by housekeeping, and followed up by email. And I received another follow up email from him after I returned home. Instead of chasing for a contact, management at this property proactively reached out, stayed in touch, and provided immediate remedies. Mistakes happen but the hotel's response easily flipped an otherwise negative experience into a positive one. The bellhop was friendly and quick.

The location is prime and walkable to everywhere in Waikiki; including two different food truck lots within 2 minutes walk. But all the while peaceful because it's basically across the street from DeRussy Park. However, I was woken up every morning by trash pick up because the balcony glass is thin.

I had four free bottles of water in the fridge. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion are in pumps, in line with industry trend towards reducing individual use plastics. I would have preferred the option of requesting bar soap though.

From what I could see, every room has a lanai/balcony - although, the A/C unit for each room blows hot air onto the space.

Cons:

Nous avions réservé pour 2 nuits. Le lendemain en fin d'après-midi en revenant dans la chambre. Nous avons été surpris de voir que les lits n avaient pas été refait. Vu le prix de la chambre.

Kindest Workers Ever!!!

I recently stayed at the Ambassador Hotel in Waikiki and noticed that my toy bunny was missing after housekeeping cleaned our room. It must have gotten caught up in the sheets during cleaning. I was really worried because I’ve had this toy bunny for over 22 years and it’s been everywhere with me! I notified housekeeping and I was helped by Annabelle and Rowena who were both incredibly kind and helpful from the start.

Annabelle stayed in contact with me and went above and beyond to check with the laundry team. Then I got an update that they found my toy bunny! I truly appreciate the care and effort they put into helping me recover something that meant so much to me.

Annabelle and Rowena, thank you for your kindness and outstanding service. You made my stay memorable in the best way possible!!❤️
