Exceptional
Pros:

The staff are exceptional. Jeff the doorman and Jeff and Nick at the front desk were extremely kind and helpful. The highest levels of customer service and professionalism. The location is great and the room was large by Boston standards.

Cons:

Parking is an issue - it’s either $75 a night at the hotel or several blocks away for $50 a night.

Cons:

Serviço de Vallet/estacionamento é tercerizado e muito caro. Foi o estacionamento mais caro que paguei em toda minha viagem.

Hotel Compassion should the name ever change...
Pros:

Location was p perfect. Walking distance to the venue we were going to. (MGM Music Hall)
We were involved in a car accident on the way. We were late checking in and were a bit stressed from the crash (car towed) Bianca was wonderful after heading our rough start.She had a bottle of wine and couple beautiful yummy cupcakes! With a wonderfully personalized card. It touched my heart and my daughters so much, we were brought us to tears. Top class service! Thank you

Beautiful hotel and comfortable, convenient stay!
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful and so clean! Everyone working there was so nice. The valet was easy and convenient. The location was perfect for our concert in Fenway. It was close by everything we needed. The room accommodations were very comfortable.

Cons:

A couple of the lights in our room didn’t work, it didn’t negatively impact our experience whatsoever. And the hotel key scanner fell off the door every time we opened our door. Again, didn’t negatively impact our experience and it actually became a running joke.

Fantastic. Would stay there again.
Pros:

The staff was great. There seemed to be a sofa bed so not sure why we had to pay for a roller bed. Room small. Location is fabulous.

Provided bottles of water that could be used , snacks, and valet service was great

Cons:

Size of room was smalller then i thought but was fine

Really lovely hotel for the price point. Comfortable and spacious rooms and very clean.
Pros:

Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The Foyer was very well presented with a lovely scent which was welcoming. The staff very attentive and friendly. Great location too for access to Fenway Park and not too far to Newbury Street.
