This hotel is a step above. The staff were so professional and accommodating to our needs. Jeff at the front desk catered to us and made changes at the last minute to assist us with a comfortable stay.
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Commonwealth in Boston. The staff was lovely, efficient, and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. From check-in to check-out, everything was handled smoothly and professionally.
The location is fantastic—perfectly situated with easy access to Fenway Park, great restaurants, shopping, and many of Boston’s top attractions.
We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and attention to detail. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Hotel Commonwealth to anyone visiting Boston.
The Hotel Commonwealth has been my home away from home since my son started attending Boston University. Every member of the team there has provided the highest level of service and made me feel welcome, starting with Nick on our very first stay. They never disappoint. There is no place else to stay when visiting Boston.

Jeff the doorman, Kabin the bellhop, Calvin, Biancia, John at the front desk were all so pleasant and welcoming. Jeff recommended R34 for dinner, it was an excellent choice. The room was spacious and spotless. Room service was hot, delicious and prompt. The location perfect for our first RedSox game. We highly recommend and will certainly return. All of the staff were exceptional. Jeff, Steve, S, … I wish I could remember everyone’s names. Thanks for making our stay memorable
Excellent service began with Freddie in valet service. Polite, helpful and so welcome. Next S check us in during a chaotic time in the lobby but he was so composed and made us feel welcomed and valued as Retired Military Spouses. We were both really touched and he made my best friend of 39 years from Oklahoma feel welcomed. He picked the perfect room for us looking right at Fenway park. We are competitive baseball nuts, Go Sox!
Fantastic!!! Amazing rooms, location, and staff. Great food and coffees. Great eco friendly facilities Stayed here for business but would totally come back for personal travel as well! Room rates are great value for money! Can’t wait to be back

Large, high ceiling room, comfortable, clean bed and sleeper sofa, nice bathroom. Polite friendly staff.
Valet service only to park the car, but because you were in the middle of the city there was often a lot of traffic whizzing by as we dropped off the car. $75/day to park! Breakfast not included, no restaurant on site, room service only. They will serve you an expensive breakfast in the lobby. Inconvenient 15 minute walk to a very nice cafe (Tatte)
There is a good seafood restaurant for dinner adjacent to the hotel.
We just stayed here for 5 nights I stayed with my elderly mother 77 and my 19 year old son. It is such a beautiful clean hotel but not only is it that the customer service was outstanding, we had stayed 5 nights New York 2 nights new haven and 5 nights here it was the best 🙌5 star rating from

The Hotel Commonwealth is a very nice hotel with excellent service. The front desk and concierge personnel are very friendly and courteous. The location is perfect for activities near Fenway. The train station is right next to the hotel and thos is very convenient too.
The staff were so accommodating and the location is great! We'll definitely be back the next time we visit Boston.
