Hospitality and a grand hotel
Pros:

This was the hotel recommendation by The Power of Narrative conference at BU so I thought it would be a normal boring conference hotel. No! It was definitely many levels above that. The staff was exceptional filling every request happily. Our room, original enough to feel old school but modern enough to feel clean and fresh, had a wonderful view of Fenway. It was better than an air bnb and I’m a big fan of air bnb. We will definitely stay here next year. And directly beside a subway station!

Ten stars! Amazing service
Pros:

Beautiful hotel. Comfortable beds, fast elevators. Located next to everything. The staff is beyond amazing. Special shout out to Steve the doorman who helped us get a cab every morning even when all the streets were closed for the marathon. They went so above and beyond that Eddie the Valet drove me in his personal cal to the conference that was 1.5 miles away. I will not stay anywhere else in Boston!!! Ten stars

Great stay
Pros:

Hotel Commonwealth was wonderful. It's a great location with the T entrance right next door. There are a couple of great restaurants right in the hotel. They were super accommodating and we had an excellent stay. We will stay her again.

Comfortable, contemporary, quiet stay
Pros:

I stayed one night during a conference BU. Location was perfect. Reception staff were very helpful and kind, especially S who checked me in! My room was super comfortable, styley, clean, and quiet. It was a great space for eating after a busy day and catching up on some work in the evening. To top it off, I had a view of Fenway! I will definitely stay here the next time I’m in Boston

Excellent Service
Pros:

I was here briefly for a conference at BU. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Nick in particular made the stay most memorable. From excellent food advice to assisting with smaller amenities, my time at the Commonwealth was well spent.

Overall was fine just some random issues that don’t normally happen here.
Pros:

Love with rooms and decor

Cons:

Only this time was rough, usually stay here in 3x per year. This time the heat was broken , and then once we moved rooms the room next store was having a party.

Pros:

Excellent location and delightful restaurant on the ground floor. Complimentary water, homemade potato chips on arrival. Stylish, large room with in my case a view of Fenway park. 5 stars.
