Perfect hotel in downtown, close to bus and metro stations, very kind personnel
Pros:

A fantastic stay at Egnatia Palace hotel! Everything was great, from the exceptionally kind, knowledgeable and helpful stuff (each member of the staff, from the cleaning ladies to the receptionists and ladies in spa, were always smiling) to the big room which was exactly the same as in the pictures online. The pool is not big, but good enough for a quick dip and relaxation. The hotel is in the downtown, close to buses and metro station. The bus connecting airport and city is right in front of the hotel. I would happily stay at Egnatia hotel again.

Fantastic Stay – Excellent Location and Great Value
Pros:

I stayed at Egnatia Hotel & Spa for three nights and had a fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable — right in the centre of Thessaloniki, with everything within walking distance.

The room was exactly as shown in the photos and very good value for money. The pillows weren’t my favourite, but the mattress was excellent and I slept really well. The heating/ventilation worked perfectly and the room was cleaned daily.

The staff were amazing — polite, friendly, and very professional. Breakfast had a good variety and the coffee was great. The spa facilities were also very good.

Overall, a highly recommended hotel, and I will definitely return on my next visit to Thessaloniki.

A great place to stay in Thessaloniki.
