Our room would have been fine except for the useless equipment in the bathroom, the uncomfortable bed and noise. I'll explain below
The bathroom toilet was so low that sitting and getting up from was very difficult. Are all of your toilets this low? An average chair seat height is 16-18" Your toilet seat appeared to no more than 13 ". I had no ruler to confirm my estimate.
As for The tub, which has a water circulating operation, there were no instructions provided. Why ?. This was OK, as we took showers, BUT, getting in and out of the tub to take the shower was a nightmare due to the height of the side of the tub. The interior of the tub was not especially clean appearing which I suspect was due more to age rather actually being dirty. The bed was very uncomfortable due to its coiled spring construction, and thin / worn padding.. The mattress needs to be replaced. It was very uncomfortable. Lastly, there were no instructions provided for the TV. The noise from likely children on the floor above ours ceased by 9 pm or so was tolerable but would have been nicer to have had none. Your facility appears much nicer than what we experienced, but it is not.
Location: easy to find, ample parking, plus good breakfasts!

Location and staff. Large room.
The tables were very dirty and not cleaned. We told the front desk. We had no shampoo or conditioner just lotion. The sheets were upside-down and not properly on the beds and cleaning supplies was left in the room.

The back door was always opened so there was no security for people. Anybody could come in and out

Very nice staff. Basic but clean rooms. Good location next to mall. Free shuttle service every 30 mins
