Good!
Pros:

Location! Breakfast was great for kids! Supper spacious room

Cons:

It was VERY HOT! We immediately set the air down, and it took almost all night to cool down

Convenient But in Need of Renovation
Pros:

The hotel uses the nearby Homewood Suites airport shuttle van, and the door to door service was good. The front desk staff members were friendly and helpful. Sadly, the rooms are very dated, the furniture is worn, and the bathroom could have been cleaner by removing many stray hairs. But the location is convenient and some places to eat are walkable. I thought it was a bit pricey, but I guess you pay for the airport convenience.

+ The rooms were nice and we had a little kitchen area with a big fridge, sink and microwave.

+ Two rooms with TVs.

+ The breakfast was good & a lot: eggs/omelettes, sausages, bacon, bread, pancakes, yoghurt, cereals, spreads, muffins, cakes, tea, coffe, milk, juices...

- Unfortunately the matresses were tooo soft. You sunk completely in. My back was hurting so much the next day. It was horrible!

I decided to sleep the second night on the sofa, but it was not a normal matress, it was an old spring matress and the springs were so big, with a lot of gaps in between that they were poking into my ribs and back.
So i ended up sleeping on the floor. ;(

Lucky me, that we only stayed 2 nights.

If the hotel would change the matresses it could be actually a nice stay.

Smelly by Close to UVM
Pros:

Hotel smelled, shower pressure was weak.

Needs a definite carpet replacement. Also the beds are not that comfortable. I would pay another 50 a night for a better nights sleep and no smell.

Positives are that it’s literally a minute from UVM.
