I won’t say who but one of the staff I found rude…. Customer service not at the forefront, on asking to see the wine I have chosen by looking at the bottle the person said I have to hold the bottle not you!! I’m a paying guest so to think I would run off with what was 1/4 bottle of wine left is a joke !!! RUDE

Pros:

Location was great, the staff are friendly.

Cons:

The beds are a mess. They sit on flat platforms and fall off constantly. The mattresses are lumpy.
The breakfast is not included. Nothing is fresh it’s all frozen. Once ordered it is over microwaved and is way too expensive.

Clean, hospitable, and great location for a quick getaway
Pros:

Cons:

The parking lot didn’t allow for many cars to be viewable from the room windows, the lobby was cluttered with furniture, you couldn’t tell if someone was tending the bar

Not bad but customer service could be better.
Pros:

My class ended earlier than expected and I was able to check in a little earlier than expected.

Cons:

The fact that I had to ask about a microwave in my room and breakfast or any other amenities were not explained when I checked in.

One of the best beds! Hotel was super clean.

Cons:

The location. It was very close to our places to visit so that was great. The surrounding areas came with a lot of homeless people 😭

Awesome!
Pros:

The staff was very accommodating. I requested a pet-friendly room and was given one. The male night staff (I didn't get his name, but he is the only one who works the night shift :) was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Cons:

The area where the hotel is located seemed to be near a rough area. But overall, the place was very well-maintained, and the lighting around the hotel was very good.

Clean, but iffy.
Pros:

It’s clean and easy to park.

Cons:

The bed was rock solid and the room had some bad fixtures. I had to take pictures to make sure I wasn’t charged for something I did NOT do.
