Som på flere andre hoteller i denne kjeden er rommene preget av minimalisme og føles ikke spesielt koselige. Sengene var komfortable, og rommet var stort sett rent. Frokosten hadde et godt og variert utvalg. Hotellet er et praktisk valg for turister som ønsker å tilbringe noen dager i Malmö.

Cons:

Lobbyen fremstår ikke spesielt innbydende. Røykeområdet rett utenfor inngangen gjør at både en del søppel og tobakkslukt trekker inn i lobbyen.

Veibeskrivelsen til parkeringsplassen var uklar. Her hadde det vært nyttig med et tydeligere og mer detaljert kart.

Personalet i resepsjonen var høflig, men ikke mer. Under frokosten virket det som om det var for få ansatte, og det tok lang tid før brukte tallerker ble ryddet bort.

Requested booking of breakfast time in a rather empty hotel
They closed the serving of breakfast half hour early, for no reason other than convenience of the staff
Charged additional fee to check in before 4 pm!

vi tyckte alla att frukosten var väldigt god.

Cons:

Sängarna hade gärna fått vara lite bekvämare. Det luktade avlopp inne på toaletten.

Passade oss perfekt förutom "incheckningstiden"

Frukosten var mycket bra!

Cons:

Incheckningen startade sent, 16:00. Vi kom vid 14- tiden och skulle få betala 200 kr för att få checka in fastän rummet var färdigt! Vi lämnade väskan på förvaring och kom tillbaka senare.

Cons:

Vi hade incheckning 14-15 och kom 14,45. Då sa hon att hon drog bort dom 200 vi skulle betala för vi var sena :/
Vilket vi inte var.
Sen sa dom att jag och min pojkvän blev uppgraderade. Då fick vi ett rum som var dåligt städat. Och där var två extra sängar uppsatta I rummet. Men dom visste vi bara var två. Så vi fick förmodligen någon annans rum.

Gillar inte att golvet var luddigt och smutsigt.
