La plage est magnifique et le cadre est vraiment très beau, idéal pour se détendre. L’hôtel propose également des activités à des prix corrects, ce qui est appréciable. La chambre était belle, confortable et agréable.
Au vu du prix, nous avons été un peu déçus par le niveau de service. Dans d’autres hôtels où nous avons payé moins cher durant notre voyage, le service était nettement meilleur.
Point d’attention important : nous avons confié des vêtements à la laverie de l’hôtel (plus chère que partout ailleurs en ville ou dans d’autres hôtels), et certaines de nos affaires ont été abîmées. Nous avons dû insister et négocier pour obtenir un geste commercial, la laverie ne souhaitant initialement rien faire. Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, cela nous semble limite.
Autre point : l’hôtel voisin était en construction, ce qui entraînait du bruit de travaux toute la journée. Si vous comptez passer du temps à l’hôtel, cela peut être un léger inconfort. Nous n’avions pas été informés à l’avance.
Wir waren zuvor 2 Wochen schon in Vietnam und 1 Woche auf dem Festland in Kambodscha. Im Anaya Resort haben wir uns dann extrem wohl gefühlt und sind mit Wehmut nach einer Woche abgereist. Das einheimische Personal war zuvorkommend, sehr freundlich und hat sich nie in den Vordergrund gestellt. Die Küche ist sehr gut und die Speisen werden mit viel Liebe und frischen Zutaten gekocht. Das Frühstücksbuffet und die verschiedenen frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen sind optimal für einen guten Start in den Tag. Die Ruhe und die schöne Landschaft sind Palsam für die Seele. Einen Tag haben wir mit einem Roller die Insel erkundet und an einem Abend sind wir mit dem Boot zu einer einstündigen Plankton Tour aufgebrochen. Beides war ein Highlight und sollte nach Möglichkeit gemacht werden.

Piscine très mal entretenue et pas praticable (eau verte durant tous le séjour).
Seulement 2 transats et 2 parasols autour de la piscine. Pas de parasol sur la plage.
Wunderschön! Das Hotel ist recht neu, daher fehlte noch etwas an Ausstattung, aber die Inhaber arbeiten daran. Der Strand war - wie wir fanden - der schönste der Insel. Das Personal sooo freundlich. Wir kommen wieder.
Wspaniały obiekt w przepięknej scenerii. Pyszne śniadania, piękne, klimatyczne domki na samej plaży z widokiem na morze. Bardzo miła obsługa ( pozdrowienia dla Chana) i cudownego managera. Ciężko się nam opuszczało to miejsce ❤️

Everything and everyone was just perfect - the accommodation was very comfortable and clean, the staff are lovely and friendly and very helpful, the breakfast was fantastic and the restaurant serves delicious dishes - the position which is beachfront is superb for swimming and relaxing and if you want a change of scenery the pool is lovely - we certainly will come back - we loved it

The location on the beach is good, but the sea is really rough so you need to go to the other side of the island to sit without being sand blasted and to go into the sea
The cocktails on the beach were good
We didn't know until near the end, but you can use facilities at associated hotels on the same beach, which would have been useful to have been told on arrival.
This side of the island tends to be windy - we were here for 4 nights and the sea was really rough on 3 of the days. You can get a tuk tuk to the other side which had lovely calm tropical sea. While doable, it was not really what we had hoped to experience staying on the beach
Staff is very helpful and super nice,hospitable people with a constant smile. its a peaceful resort. Super beautiful bungalo, white sand and harmony.
As of Jan 2026 there is a construction next door. Its noisy and trucks going back and forth as well as construction noice. Owners cant do much about it.
Water in the bungalo is actually brown. Its that dirty. We were told there are 4 filters but the water is still brown. I never ever thought about drinking tap water ofc even if it wasnt brown but this one is actually bad to even take a shower with.
The beach is amazingly beautiful but its an open see and you cant enjoy it. Windy with massive waives. Its actually dangerous. We were going to Longset beach each day where it was super calm, no wind, no waves, etc.
Restaurant food is actually not up to the standard. Its not bad but the quality doesnt reflect the pricing and the resort vibe. You can eat the same quality from pretty much any restaurant on the island, even the street food.
Overall, its nice but for that pricing you expect a bit more

Transfert aéroport et bateau organisé par l’hôtel, possibilité de louer un scooter en très bon état pour 15$ par jour
Nous avons visité de nombreuses plages sur l’île et c’est une des rares plages aménagées, calme et aussi belle
Comme déjà évoqué dans de nombreux commentaires, les matériaux de la salle de bain ne sont clairement pas au niveau de qualité de l’hôtel - par ailleurs une lotion pour le corps serait la bienvenue.
Très peu d’eau chaude durant notre séjour de 5 jours.
Insonorisation très faible et peut être problématique pour les gens au sommeil léger
Malgré la quantité de fruits proposés par l’hôtel - et les jus de fruit proposés à la carte - il n’y a pas de jus de fruit au petit déjeuner
Le petit déjeuner est complet mais identique tous les jours
Dommage que les massages s’arrêtent à 18h quand c’est possible jusqu’à 9pm un peu plus loin sur la plage.
Le restaurant est bon mais sans plus - plusieurs autres resto dispo sur la plage
Ces remarques ont uniquement pour but l’amélioration et n’entravent en rien le super séjour passé sur place
