The beach is stunningly beautiful and peaceful. The staff are kind and friendly and we felt very welcome. The restaurant food was excellent and we tried many things from the menu. The room was large and comfortable and well equipped and had a beautiful beach view.
We live in Cambodia and have visited the islands many times and Anaya is not worth the price paid, so we are unlikely to return. The property is lacking in maintenance. We had a beachfront room with a private plunge pool and we were not able to use the private pool because the water was stagnant, smelly and covered in bugs. The chairs at the restaurant, and the beach loungers are falling apart. The restaurant staff are kind and doing their best, but at times seemed understaffed - each time we wanted to order a drink or food we had to go looking for a staff member. The Manager greeted us on arrival and was welcoming, but after that we did not see her on the property, even at the times when her team were clearly overwhelmed and understaffed. Overall the impression was of a beautiful hotel being poorly managed and cutting costs wherever possible. The price was comparable to some of the best hotels on the island, and the service and offerings fell far short of expectations.
L'emplacement est parfait, pour moi Pagoda beach est la meilleur plage de Koh Rong, avec l'accès aux installations du BAOLI et du TAMU c'est top !
Nous avions commandé une navette retour vers Phnom Penh à 79 USD, malheureusement la voiture étais dans un état un lamentable, la voiture est tombé en panne sur le retour, nous avons perdu du temps pour notre visite de 2 jours de Phnom Penh.
Je ne blâme pas l'hôtel mais son prestataire.

Nettes Personal. Sehr persönlich. Charme! Auf persönliche Wünsche wird viel Rücksicht genommen. Außergewöhnliche Anfragen werden innerhalb eines Tages bearbeitet. Entspannung pur. Einfach aber einfach genug.
Nichts, sonst wären wir nicht schon zum dritten Mal da gewesen.
