Dogs with a maximum weight of 18 kilos are allowed with an additional cost of US$ 49.00 per night per dog.

Great location
Pros:

Incredible location, so central. The pool is also very nice!

Cons:

Breakfast is not great, and the service level is very mixed. Despite 4 people waiting tables, no one comes past to take orders.

Pleasant stay in very interesting city
Pros:

Location was very good, food was very gpod and the staff for the most part were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The air contioner was so loud could not use it ar night. The bed was very un comfortable. I understand upgrades are in the works.

Very good apart from the noise from the casino
Pros:

Hotel is located directly on the main square, breakfast was limited - one guest asked for an omelette but this request was refused. Juice was nice though.

Cons:

We were unaware that this hotel is next to a casino. The music and singing can be heard through the wall resulting in a very disturbed sleep until the early hours - but usually quiet by 2am. When you have early starts for trips and tours, this is not ideal.

Encantador
Pros:

El desayuno fue muy bueno, la vista que teníamos desde la terraza del desayuno a la plaza central y a la catedral de Arequipa era espectacular.
El personal fue de lo mas amable todos los días, inclusive se despidieron de nosotros con un regalito y dulces por nuestro aniversario,
La habitación tenia una pequeña terraza con una ventana en forma de arco hacia la plaza central de Arequipa, y aunque afuera estuviera animado o con gente, al cerrar las puertas de la terraza ya no sentíamos bulla.
El Hotel esta muy bien ubicado y puedes hacer todas las atracciones de la ciudad caminando, a unas cuadras se ubican excelentes restaurantes como Chicha, 13 Monjas, El Claustro, La Benita, etc. Me dio confianza salir a caminar con mi cartera al hombro por los alrededores y efectivamente no paso nada y todo estuvo muy seguro.
Compramos unas maravillosas chompas de baby alpaca y unas pashminas de seda con baby alpaca suaves y calientitas en tiendas al lado del hotel,
Lo que mas nos gusto del hotel fue su ubicación, el desayuno y el maravilloso personal,

Cons:

Lo único que no me gusto, fue que la puerta de la terraza superior donde esta ubicada la piscina y tiene vistas se cerraba muy temprano haciendo que no pudiéramos subir en la noche para ver la catedral bellamente iluminada.
