Dogs with a maximum weight of 18 kilos are allowed with an additional cost of US$ 49.00 per night per dog.

Prachtig hotel op toplocatie
Pros:

Toplocatie, beste ontbijt tijdens onze reis door Peru.
Je betaalt wat meer, maar het is het waard om tot rust te komen bij aankomst in Peru.

Cons:

Water van het zwembad was zeer koud.

All amazing, had the most comfortable time.
Pros:

The location is exactly in the Plaza de Armas, making it amazing to have a view and a walk to every part of downtown Arequipa. The rooms were amazing, extremely comfortable, and the breakfast was just fine (I did expect a better breakfast due to the price of the stay and the premium kind of hotel it is).
I also LOVED that the gym is 24 hours open, I usually workout very late at night and this was amazing, the dumbbells and machines were also great, with enough weight to have a proper workout if you already lift strong in the gym. Btw, Geraldine was amazing as a host in the hotel, she made our check-in extremely easy.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like is that they never answered my request for an early check-in. Would have expected better communication being Casa Andina brand.

L'emplacement en plein centre de Arequipa

Cons:

La piscine non chauffée , ses horaires restrictifs et son absence d'ouverture aux horaires annoncés . Le fait de faire payer la bouteille d'eau placée dans la chambre.

Pros:

L’emplacement est royal. C’est le principal atout de l’hôtel, ainsi que le petit déjeuner qui était très bon.

Cons:

Beaucoup trop bruyant : entre le personnel qui parle et ne cesse de faire des allers retours, et la Clim qu’on ne peut pas couper, ça nous a beaucoup dérangé. Le rapport qualité prix n’est pas la, il y a tout aussi bien pour 2-3 fois moins cher.

Las vistas espantosas. No avisado en el portal de Booking ( ahora entiendo el por qué) ni al hacer el check in. Al hacer el check out la recepcionista me por fía que no me lo dijeran sus compañeros y me dice que yo tendría un mal día. Hay que tener niveles de educación y de atención al público superiores. Escribiré queja formal. Adjunto fotos reales de la vista desde la ventana
