Mala experiencia en Casa Andina Select
Pros:

Las vistas de la catedral unicamente, ya que el servicio es pésimo.

Cons:

Llegamos al hotel con muchas expectativas, pero lamentablemente la experiencia estuvo muy por debajo de lo esperado. Las instalaciones son bastante limitadas. La piscina no es temperada, lo cual reduce su utilidad especialmente en horarios con mayor temperatura ambiental (incluso a las 12 pm el agua es helada). Las habitaciones, por su parte, presentan serios problemas de ventilación: acumulan mucho calor y dependen del uso constante del aire acondicionado. Este último, además de ser antiguo, genera un ruido considerable que dificulta conciliar el sueño.

La experiencia fue especialmente incómoda si se viaja con niños. El uso forzado del aire acondicionado termina afectando su salud y descanso, lo cual genera mayor preocupación durante la estadía.

Otro aspecto muy decepcionante fue el servicio. El personal no muestra amabilidad ni proactividad. En ningún momento saludaron ni se mostraron atentos con las familias hospedadas. Su trato fue distante y poco profesional, más propio de personas sin experiencia en hospitalidad. Se esperaría, al menos, un nivel básico de personalización como dirigirse al huésped por su apellido o nombre, como sí ocurre, por ejemplo, en Casa Andina Premium de Arequipa, donde la calidad del servicio marca una diferencia notable.

En conclusión, considero que este hotel está sobrevalorado. No cumple con los estándares de comodidad ni atención que uno esperaría, mucho menos cuando se viaja en familia. No lo recomiendo y no le daría una buena puntuación.

Muy buen lugar en Arequipa

Excelente ubicación, personal, muy amable

Cons:

Poco espacio para la ropa, prácticamente no saqué nada de la maleta porque no había cajones, el aire acondicionado era muy ruidoso, y la única opción eran ventiladores
