This property does not admit children under 18 years of age without the company of their parents or duly accredited guardian, in accordance with Law No 30802. All children under the age of 18 must have ID or passport to be identified.

Dogs with a maximum weight of 18 kilos are allowed with an additional cost of US$ 49.00 per night per dog.

Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, los desplazamientos para los sitios de interés se pueden hacer caminando. La vista a la plaza y la catedral es muy bonita desde el balcón.

Cons:

1. La cuenta del hotel la generaron en dólares sin preguntarme, y la recepcionista termino firmando por mi para que pasara la transacción ya que no quería firmarla en dólares, lo cual no es correcto; en mi caso personal es mas conveniente en moneda local. 2. La persona que realizó el tour por Sillar y culebrillas fue deshonesto ya que solo hizo una parte y cobro S/200 lo cual es muy costoso. Ante el reclamo al hotel consideraron reembolsarnos con el traslado al aeropuerto sin costo pero imagínense que nos en enviaron con el mismo conductor/guía que nos había hecho el tour, lo cual fue muy muy incómodo el desplazamiento del hotel al aeropuerto.

Pros:

Incredible location, so central. The pool is also very nice!

Cons:

Breakfast is not great, and the service level is very mixed. Despite 4 people waiting tables, no one comes past to take orders.

Pleasant stay in very interesting city
Pros:

Location was very good, food was very gpod and the staff for the most part were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The air contioner was so loud could not use it ar night. The bed was very un comfortable. I understand upgrades are in the works.

Very good apart from the noise from the casino
Pros:

Hotel is located directly on the main square, breakfast was limited - one guest asked for an omelette but this request was refused. Juice was nice though.

Cons:

We were unaware that this hotel is next to a casino. The music and singing can be heard through the wall resulting in a very disturbed sleep until the early hours - but usually quiet by 2am. When you have early starts for trips and tours, this is not ideal.
