This property does not admit children under 18 years of age without the company of their parents or duly accredited guardian, in accordance with Law No 30802. All children under the age of 18 must have ID or passport to be identified.

Dogs with a maximum weight of 18 kilos are allowed with an additional cost of US$ 49.00 per night per dog.

Only two dogs per room will be admitted. During your stay, your pet can make use, on loan, of: dog bed, food plate and mat. Restrictions and queries to consult directly at the hotel.

According to Peruvian tax regulations, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners who stay more than 59 days in Peru) must pay 18% sales tax. To be exempt from paying 18% sales tax, guests must present a copy of their immigration card and passport.

Both documents must be submitted in order to qualify for the exemption from payment of sales tax. Otherwise, guests must pay the indicated tax.

Disappointing. Very low value for money.
Pros:

Great location and great service/ staff. They really try to help.

Cons:

Very disappointing overall vs the price of the room. Breakfast buffet is super basic. Same for the rooms (there is an AC that is from the last century - super noisy) as well as the facilities. They boast a swimming pool but it has the size of a pond.

Que buena vista de la plaza de Armas
Pros:

Localización en la plaza con terraza maravillosa, personal muy amable.
Ducha con abundante agua caliente.

Cons:

Ascensor malogrado. Habitación un poco pequeña con poco espacio para colocar ropa. Aire acondicionado muy antiguo y ruidoso.

Rooms were clean and comfortable with plenty of facilities eg. Air con, iron, ironing board, tea and coffee making facilities and fridge;
Good hotel facilities eg. Swimming pool, gym, spa and sauna

From the welcoming staff, comfortable rooms to the central location, this was truly a relaxing expe
Pros:

Location was excellent. It was central and close to many cafe's, restaurants and shops
Hotel room was clean with lots of extras including tea and coffee facilities, fridge, safe and even an iron and ironing board.
Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Food choices on the restaurant menu were a little limited. More selection for vegan/vegetarians needed.

Um bom lugar para ficar em Arequipa.
Pros:

Localização excelente, restaurante e café com vista para a praça de Armas, ambiente externo do restaurante muito agradável e com calefação.

Cons:

Elevador é antigo e teve uma curta parada no funcionamento.
