أود أن أعبر عن رضاي التام عن إقامتي في هذا الفندق
كان حسن الاستقبال واضحًا منذ اللحظة الأولى حيث تميز موظفو الاستقبال وحارس الأمن باللباقة وحسن التعامل مما أعطى انطباعًا إيجابيًا جدًا
كما أن وجبة الإفطار كانت متنوعة وجيدة وتلبي مختلف الأذواق و يتمتع الفندق أيضًا بمستوى عالٍ من النظافة في جميع مرافقه حيث تفوح منه رائحة النظافة والانتعاش في كل زاوية وهو أمر مهم جدًا بالنسبة لي
موقع الفندق ممتاز حيث يقع بالقرب من العديد من الخدمات مثل مول مكة وسيتي مول بالإضافة إلى توفر سوبرماركت قريب مما يسهل تلبية الاحتياجات اليومية
ولا ننسى توفر مواقف مجانية للسيارات وهي ميزة مهمة تضيف راحة كبيرة للنزلاء
بشكل عام
كانت تجربة مميزة وأوصي بالإقامة فيه بكل تأكيد.ح

Overall, my stay was excellent and I would highly recommend this hotel.
Pros:

My stay at this hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. I spent 6 nights here, and everything was excellent from start to finish. The staff were always kind, professional, and very helpful. I would especially like to mention both Mohameds, who were incredibly accommodating and always ready to assist me with anything I needed.
The breakfast was very diverse and delicious, with a great variety of options every day. The beds were extremely comfortable, and everything in the hotel was spotlessly clean.
The location is excellent, directly across from Mecca Mall, with very easy access by taxi to the city center and downtown.
I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.
