فندق رائع اقامة ممتازة غلوريا فندق رائع

الفندق رائع من حيث الموقع بضع خطوات عن مكة مول و سيتي مول و مقابل الفندق هايبر ماركت الخيرات رائع جدا فيه كل شي من الادوات و الخضار و كل ما تحتاجه
و الشارع الرئيسي فيه وكالات كل السيارات و محلات و متاجر متنوعة
الفندق نظيف مرتب الغرف واسعة جيدة و الاثاث جديد و نظيف
العاملون يخدمون النزيل بكل ما يحتاجه الاسرة مريحة الاضاءة جيدة النظافة ممتازة
الاستقبال جيد اشكر الاستاذ مصعب و الاستاذ محمد عناية على الحفاوة و الاستقبال و الاهتمام
الافطار جيد جدا و الخدمة ممتازة و جودة الطعام و توفر كل ما تحتاجه

ملاحظات بسيطة
يجب منع التدخين بشكل كامل و عند الحجز يجب على العميل تاكيد الغرف لغير المدخنين بسبب وجود رائحة تدخين في بعض الغرف
ملاحظة المطعم فوق الرسيبش و لا يوجد مصعد له العميل الذي معه احد كبير السن او ذو احتياجات خاصة لا يمكن صعود الدرج و عند السؤال عن هذه النقطه ان الفندق يرسل وجبة الافطار الى الغرفة لمن لا يستطيع الوصول للمطعم
الحقيقة الامر الوحيد الذي لم يعجبني انه السيارة لا يقدر العميل توصيلها للمرآب و انما موظف خاص يدخلها و يخرجها كلما احتجت لها و هذه خدمة مرهقة للفندق و لكن هذه سياستهم و هم احرار بها
لا تعتبر نقطة سيئة و لكن غريبة نوعا ما

I liked the fact that the hotel was in close proximity to City and Mecca Malls and supermarkets. The neighborhood was quiet; staff were polite and helpful.

Cons:

There wasn't anything in particular that I didn't like. My overall stay was relaxing and enjoyed my time there.

أود أن أعبر عن رضاي التام عن إقامتي في هذا الفندق
كان حسن الاستقبال واضحًا منذ اللحظة الأولى حيث تميز موظفو الاستقبال وحارس الأمن باللباقة وحسن التعامل مما أعطى انطباعًا إيجابيًا جدًا
كما أن وجبة الإفطار كانت متنوعة وجيدة وتلبي مختلف الأذواق و يتمتع الفندق أيضًا بمستوى عالٍ من النظافة في جميع مرافقه حيث تفوح منه رائحة النظافة والانتعاش في كل زاوية وهو أمر مهم جدًا بالنسبة لي
موقع الفندق ممتاز حيث يقع بالقرب من العديد من الخدمات مثل مول مكة وسيتي مول بالإضافة إلى توفر سوبرماركت قريب مما يسهل تلبية الاحتياجات اليومية
ولا ننسى توفر مواقف مجانية للسيارات وهي ميزة مهمة تضيف راحة كبيرة للنزلاء
بشكل عام
كانت تجربة مميزة وأوصي بالإقامة فيه بكل تأكيد.ح
