Nice decor and maintained place
Pros:

convenient location, nicely decorated outdoors and well designed roomts

Yet again an amazing stay!
Pros:

Me and my boyfriend just really fell in love with Elphardous Hotel, that is why we returned here after our first stay three years ago. The people who run the hotel are incredibly nice and make you feel at home. The rooms of Elphardous are simpel, but comfortable and you get everything you need for a very good price. Breakfast is good, and there a lots of shops nearby if you need something. Me and my boyfriend like to travel very simpel, because we are outdoors all day. If you want a more luxurious stay, like a gorgeous hotel/resort you should definitely check out Elphardous Oasis Hotel!

Pleasant stay in an older arabesque style hotel.
Pros:

Breakfast was a simple Egyptian breakfast. Instant coffee, ample bread, cream cheese, jam, honey, yoghurt and omelette. I was also provided with breakfast to go when I had to leave before the dining room opened. The staff members were friendly, and helpful. The room was comfortable with a medium sized fridge. The mattress was comfortable. There were extra blankets provided. Quaint arabesque style hotel which really appealed to me. Wifi was good. There was satellite TV. The garden area was really pleasant.

Cons:

Everything was satisfactory for me. The dining area and pool were located in a sister facility across the road. Totally adequate.

Pros:

The staff is supportive to take the luggage at room and for breakfast with limited options

Cons:

The amount given by booking.com is not mentioning anything about Taxes. The hotel charged the taxes. This something not aligned with the initial overview.

The bathrooms are without exhaust fans

We ask for electric 3 pin switches but no support from the staff. Other hotels were cooperative

Great value for the money even though staff and location don't exceed expectations.
Pros:

Location. Meh. Breakfast wasn't terrible, but it wasn't amazing either. I had to tell the guy I wanted it and he didn't speak a lick of English but he got the message. And he himself went back there and made it.

Cons:

I copied the address and Google Mapped it... it took my driver and I to some sugar cane field about a 25 minute drive from the actual spot. It would've been cool if the guy spoke or understood English and didn't have to call someone to translate.
