スタッフの優しさに感謝
Pros:

まずスタッフの方々がとても親切で素敵でした。
なにより景色が素晴らしいと思いました。
部屋も程よく広めで快適でした。
立地も良く利便性は最高です。

Cons:

朝食は値段の割には満足は出来ませんでした。
（無くなった料理の追加が遅い）
簡易ベッドの寝心地が残念。せめてマットレスはもう少しなんとかできるのでは。
トイレのペーパースタンドの位置がおかしい。
アメニティも今時にしては不十分だと思います。
サウナやレストランもHotelのグレードに合っていないのでは。常に夕日が見れるなら別ですが、ほぼ見れなそうだし、曇り空で優雅にサウナとランチに5000円はちょっと無理があるかと。
それより大浴場があれば大満足に変わると思います。

Cons:

夕日を見れる機会があったのに時間が過ぎて見れなかった
連泊してるのに一言教えてくれてもよかったと思いますが

Great location over looking the sea front, close to station and facilities
Pros:

Great location on the sea front, not far from the station, near good robata restaurants. Staff were very helpful, e.g.. in recommending and booking a great fish restaurant. Very nice breakfast buffet, and dinner options - both a cafe and a Japanese restaurant. Comfortable rooms, washing machines available. Rooms at the front have a great view over the harbour.

Schönes Zimmer.
Frühstück in der 18 Etage ist super.
Naher Lawson.

Enjoyed our stay. Good location, good facilities, helpful staff and very nice breakfast
Pros:

Pretty good location - from the airport, we just took the airport limousine bus to the Moo bus station and walked one block to the hotel. The hotel is also one of the pick-up points for various tours in Kushiro; there is a Lawson down the corner and shops/restos at Moo Station and there is a nice walking area/park nearby. We were kindly upgraded to a suite room so we enjoyed the nice amenities and the great view. Breakfast was pretty good - especially loved their sashimi, very fresh!

Pros:

Не первый раз останавливаемся, очень все нравиться. Месторасположение, удобства, вид из окна, завтрак на 18 этаже.
По нашей рассеянности, мы забыли важные вещи в номере (заметили через несколько дней). Персонал отеля звонил и писал нам много раз. Потом выслал все на домашний адрес - очень благодарны за это!!!
