施設には文句はないが、スタッフの対応が非常に不満だ

Great deal with warm rooms
Pros:

The location was a 10min walk from downtown Kushiro. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Place was clean and tidy.

Cons:

The room temperature was way to warm. When I arrived it was 80 degrees. I turned down the heat to 66 and it still stayed hot. When I asked the front desk they said that the AC is turned off due to it being chilly in the morning. They did provide a couple of air fans but it didnt help much. So that plus the extremely soft pillow made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. The bed was nice.

スタッフの方のお人柄が素晴らしい、、実家の気分くらい落ち着きます。
眺めが良くて、お散歩もできて、ご飯も美味しくて、満足です！
併設されてるカフェのいちごロールケーキ美味しかった、、、生クリーム美味しい、、、さすが北海道
