Arrivée à 17h les chambres n’étaient pas prêtes et même pas un mot d’excuse et ils font remarquer que le Check out est impératif à 11….

Clean modern hotel, lovely staff, near Fish markets with restaurants & famous bridge to watch the sunset. Great water view, nice to have a laundry room.
Parking cost could have been complimentary!!

朝食付きを後から追加したのですが、都会並みに高く感じました。

Convenient. Near MOO where the airport shuttle can stop and for Akan bus tour pick up for lake Akan tour. Nice room friendly staff. Convenience store and good restaurant next door. A bit further off Kushiro station so I took taxi (800 yen).
I didn’t like the food (dinner) at the level 1 restaurant.
