Pros:

There was no breakfast. Cereal or a bagel is not breakfast. The a/c in the room did not work well. We went to go swim in the pool and was not able to because they were cleaning for an hour. Very disappointed

Cons:

The pictures on the web is not what the hotel looks like. I paid to much money for not being satisfied with the hotel

Cons:

This hotel was under renovation. There was old furniture outside the hotel and when we pulled up we wondered if it was even open. The lobby was filled with boxes the hallways were filled with building materials. Our room had been renovated and was nice but the tv didn’t work. We were also woken up to them working early Saturday morning. The hotel should have been closed while these renovations are being done or at least warn the customer.

Front desk lady was very rude and not friendly.
Lobby was very messy bc of the construction

Cons:

My reservation was canceled bc I updated my credict card but still they cancelled,glad we got a better and nice hotel across from this one.
