Dejligt centralt hotel med gode værelser og fantastisk service
Pros:

Det er et super hotel med perfekt beliggenhed i byen, tæt på spisesteder og tæt på operaen hvis man skal derhen.

Cons:

Deres service er i top både i receptionen og ved morgenbordet, hvor man begge stedet føler sig velkommen

As a frequent traveller, I was impressed by the impeccable service and amazing staff.
Pros:

As a frequent traveller who also works in the hospitality industry, I was amazed by the quality and warmth expressed by all the staff in the property. From reception to the hostess at the breakfast buffet. The room was small, but the amenities provided and attention to detail rivals high-end chain hotels.

The front desk staff was meticulously groomed, housekeeping was polite and efficient, the property was kept up at an incredible standard with staff not looking stressed or pushed my management. The key in hospitality is to make it all look genuine and not forced. The staff at Elite Savoy truly expressed their high standards of service were true and not just part of their training.

Whenever I'm visiting Malmö, I'll make sure to book my stay at this property. I'm absolutely mindblown with the service provided

Cons:

Noticing the room, it's good for winter travels, but nor so much for when it gets warm as there's no AirConditioning and only solution in the room is a small desk fan. Hopefully the windows will be able to be opened during the summer months.

The layout of the building is a little confusing as it seems it's multiple buildings connected together. some hallways are slightly tilted, so if you suffer from balance or have reduced mobility. it may be good to request for a lower floor or a room close to the elevators

Helt ok boende nära stationen, men med tråkig utsikt från rummet.
Pros:

En helt ok frukost. Bra säng.

Cons:

Rum 302 låg lite avsides med mycket tråkig utsikt över tak och aggregat. Att det skulle vara en uppgradering av rum (enligt Booking) förstår jag inte.

Saknar hylla i badrummet att sätta necessärer på. Fler stolar att lägga kläder på.
