Att beställa ett hundrum skall inte betyda att man får det minsta rummet som knappt två vuxna personer kan bo i.
Lägg därtill en Golden Retriever. Inte ok att betala extra och bli satta på undantag.

Fantastic location, friendly service, and a cozy atmosphere. An ok stay.
Pros:

The service was excellent throughout our stay, and the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. The dinner was very enjoyable, especially the steak, which was cooked perfectly and of high quality. The hotel was comfortable, and overall we had a very pleasant experience.

Cons:

The breakfast was disappointing and did not live up to the standard of the rest of the hotel experience. The selection was limited, and the overall quality could be improved. A better breakfast would have made the stay even more enjoyable.

Cons:

Fruktansvärd hög och störande musik ( dunka, dunka) från restaurangen på Lördag kväll och natt. Omöjligt att sova innan kl 01:00. Klagade till receptionen på natten utan åtgärd. Klagade igen vi utcheckningen, fick då till svar ” vi har din e-mail adress så vi hör av oss till dig ” INGEN har hört av sig, var det bara tomt prat ? Har alltid valt Savoy tidigare, Tänker inte boka mer på Savoy Malmö en helg, ej heller rekommendera någon annan att bo där. Mycket, mycket dåligt av en så stor och etablerad hotell kedja.
Det finns gott om andra hotell i Malmö att välja på till nästa vistelse.
