Perfect location, excellent accommodation & friendly helpful staff.

The property was in a perfect location & our accommodation was just as it looked in pictures we’d seen… excellent!

Book here ! Just bring a Roku, fire stick or game system if you want to watch a decent show
Pros:

I loved everything about the property.

Cons:

It was a constant beeping in the second bedroom but it ended it up stopping. I also wish they had some upgraded tv channels or smart tvs so we can watch what we choose to the spectrum channels aren’t as good. It should’ve been stated to bring Roku if need be due to channels not good. Invest in a smart tv it’s a nice resort but tv stations suck lol. Also I’m not sure if i had to call for pots and pans but it should’ve been more in the room for cooking other than that the stay and the views and the employees were great i always stay here when i want to get a way

Excelente alternativa para la familia y niños
Pros:

muy completo en cuanto a dotación de cocina
facilidad para acomodarnos
muy limpio, cómodo y con buen ambiente interior y exterior
distintos sitios como piscinas para estar con la familia y niños

Cons:

que el hotel tenga en cuenta la cantidad de días se va a quedar uno para que no tenga que pedir café o jabón, etc

It was a great place to stay for our family of 5.

Overall great! But be ready for hidden fees.

So many things to do! Safe and convenient.

Cons:

I was surprised to have to pay for daily parking. I have stayed there many times before and never had additional fees-previously my bill matched what bookings.com quoted me. Not this time.

The facilities were a little dissapointing for such a huge complex.
Pros:

The two bedroom villa was nice and very comfortable for the 3 of us.

Cons:

The one fitness center that was the nicest was not 24/7 and only opened at 8. The market was also limited in opening times so if we wanted to get a drink or snack at night there was nothing available on the property. The restaurants were also nothing special.

Amazing Stay
Pros:

The pools and amenities are beyond expectations. Room service came every other day. So always had clean sheets and towels.
Our coffee pot was broken, but staff had it replaced the same day
Super close to the parks. I mean a ten minute drive.

Cons:

The fan in the master bedroom didnt work. The resort is a little hard to get in and out of.

Deptos confortables y amplios
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena. Está a 7’ de los outlets y tiene muchos puntos interesantes cerca. También restaurants varios muy a mano.

Cons:

No está bien señalizado dentro del comolejo y me perdí cada día. Además hay otro edificio a 15’ que se llama casi igual y el Google Maps se confunde.
