The villa was very clean and tidy. Beds were so comfortable I wanted to stay there all day! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful although they could do away with the pressure selling. I would definitely recommend .

First and foremost- upon arriving at the "valet" their valet employee was very adamant in asking for my identification to check if there was a reservation at the location prior to asking if we had received confirmation via text message with which I did show proof of such. I asked to respectfully park the vehicle for a few minutes in the area of the valet since there was a downpour of rain. To this valet employee strong opinion he did not allow me to do such, and ask me to park my car in the parking lot, and proceed into the hotel under heavy rain and dressed professionally from an event I had attended. I was extremely upset and proceeded inside to retrieve the room keys and advised the manager who had happened to be present in the front desk. In addition, upon checking the room given, I was given a room where there was a family already registered to and had to return back to the front desk to resolve and get this situation resolved, at which time I did park this time in the parking lot as the rain had receded and no longer raining. This matter needs serious attention when asking for someone's identification as there is serious problems of identity theft ongoing, and in truth felt extremely cautious as I now have to check my credit reports soon for any fraudulent issues (did not feel secure in doing what I did-) valet employees should never ask persons for ID (PERIOD)! They don't check people in- Only car/vans/other vehicles. Extremely upset at this- and seek answers.

The room was dirty and had bugs in the sink and in the shower the mirrors were dirty. And my aunt slipped on a puddle of water that we had reported reported the issues in the room to the front office. Nothing got fixed. The only thing that happened was the person came out changed the sheets gave us clean towels. The room remain dirty, and then there was a loud noise that was blaring from the refrigerator as if it was shutting down and broken, and it kept my aunt up

Poucas tomadas funcionando. Para secar o cabelo só era possível sentada na cama ou na cozinha😳. Antes a limpeza era diária, agora só alguns dias. Antes não pagava estacionamento, agora 25 dólares por dia.
Já fiquei 8 vezes nesse hotel, mas agora não mais.

Our room was clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We requested a pack n play, which was provided and delivered to our room. And the texting system was easy to make requests throughout our stay. The resort layout is a little difficult to navigate compared to others we have stayed at, but overall it was a great stay.

I only stayed one night so I cannot comment on the amenities, the property itself was clean and well maintained. The only issues we encountered were that, in the king bed suite, there was only one nightstand on one side of the bed, which meant both of our belongings had to be on that one side, which made it inconvenient to charge electronics and grab drinks in the middle of the night for the other person who was sleeping on the non-nightstand side. Secondly, there was a ringed bedframe that surrounded the bed that was slightly difficult to see (since the sheets covered it), and when walking past it, we often bumped into it with our legs. Not a big deal overall, but worth mentioning. Other than that, it was a lovely place to stay.
