The room was very humid and hot. The hotel tried to charge me an extra $100 deposit as well as my $357 booking again. (I paid and booked online several days before my visit). After telling the staff before I checked out, they acted defensive and suspicious as if they were caught off guard that I had caught them trying to charge me extra. They were hoping I just left and didn’t see the extra charges on my card. Very scammy and bad customer service and overall comfort stay. DO NOT RECCOMEND

Pros:

The hotel was clean and designed nice.

Cons:

There was some sort of mix up with my room. I had undressed to my undergarments and another customer entered my room with a key. I was startled! I went to the front desk and they assigned me another room and took off the parking fee to accommodate me for the inconvenience.

Pros:

We had a very comfortable, spacious room. The bed had plenty of covers and fluffy pillows! The AC was easy to control. The water pressure from the sink/shower was phenomenal, and the shower comes with a traditional shower head as well as a movable hose-type head with multiple modes. The pool was the perfect temperature (not overly cold, but cool enough to fight the hot sun). Most of the staff was very kind and welcoming. There was plenty of parking. We only ate from the breakfast menu of the restaurant, but what we did try was amazing! The hotel is a relatively short distance from downtown Nashville. Not walking distance, but a pleasant drive instead. This hotel was the perfect middle-ground in terms of pricing, distance, and amenities. We will certainly be back!!

Cons:

We had a rocky start checking in due to the wrong date being written on the parking pass, so make sure to double-check your papers before settling in. The room wasn't necessarily dirty, but we did notice a few places where oil and crayon/makeup marks were missed when the staff cleaned before we arrived. There was nothing of major complaint, however. The wifi did not work for the duration of our stay, though we assumed it was because of how busy the service was (lots of people, free wifi, no password, and kept doing an ip address error). The pool felt really nice, but the flooring in and around it is the type that will shred your feet. I recommend using water shoes as I learned the hard way. While the hotel is close to downtown, the location it's in is very windy and is kind of difficult to navigate back to from downtown due to the confusing exit splits.

Perfect!
Pros:

Beautiful, clean, exceptional service, very friendly. Christina (front desk) was amazing! The food was delicious. Pool area well maintained and perfect for sun, swim or shade in the cabanas. Just minutes to Opry, the mall, downtown Broadway St and Belle Meade. The price for our 4 day stay was the same as one night on Broadway.

Cons:

Need microwave in the room. There was no towels the next morning. Called front desk to ask for some she told me there was none and that they was washing them. Check out was at 11 still didn’t get clean towels.trash cans was over filled u have to pay for parking but if u not in early u want get a spot beside in back in another buildings parking lot. Then checked out and they still took another $100 deposit out my account after i checked out called and she couldn’t even tell me why. And my room was paid for when i made the reservation. The deposit stated it will be $50 also nope it’s $100. Ask for a manager she told me he don’t come in until Monday.
