Lights are not well placed
The hotel is located in a safe area, everything was ok. Amazing view from our balcony. Decent breakfast. Stayed here two nights.
What I didn’t like was what happened when we arrived. Even though they could clearly see the room we had reserved — the Junior Suite (a larger room than the standard one, with a balcony) — we were first taken to a basic double room without a balcony.
Only after I mentioned to the staff member who showed us the room that this was not the room we had booked did we go back down to the reception. Immediately, they gave us the correct room that we had reserved.
I didn’t appreciate this situation, even though they corrected it instantly. Aside from this small issue, everything else was fine.
