Pros:

門口的員工們很親切，會主動幫忙拖行李，對小孩也有笑容，停車位不足，也有主動說明可以提供停公有停車場，並且以發票到櫃檯兌換現金

Cons:

在住宿的前一天，有先打電話詢問游泳池和遊戲室的使用時間，但是1樓的櫃檯沒有主動告知遊戲室是沒有時間限制的，所以我們一直以為入住後才能使用，並且大人小孩都要穿著襪子才能使用，我覺得其實既然我都詢問使用時間，就表示有使用的意願，櫃檯應該可以主動告知才對

Still a good hotel
Pros:

Nice location. Door staff, or concierge, we're very helpful.

Cons:

My first thing was that we stayed during the National holiday but, either booking.com or the hotel staff, didn't make sure they charged the correct fee and we all had to pay more on the spot; which was a different amount from what we thought booking.com had previously provided. Secondly, was the shower in my room was working but spraying in different directions.

Pros:

櫃檯說我們房型有升級，給了我們一個客廳+房間+玄關分隔，不過沒有被升級感。廁所感覺很不錯，還泡了一下澡，床也很好睡，房間內還有附贈水果，該有的東西都有。

Cons:

不過房間設備整體有點老舊，並且設計有些奇怪，玄關一個區域但除了放水果似乎毫無用處、房間一個區域、沙發跟桌子一個區域，所以房間內沒有桌子跟沙發可用，必須特別走到有沙發的房間去坐著跟吃東西，整體來說很奇妙，沒有特別覺得被升級的感覺。
