Disappointed, security risk
Pros:

Cons:

Didn’t stay the night. The code to unlock the door was on the lockbox on the door. Massive security risk. Bathroom window had no shade, anyone walking by can see in. Pillows less than 1/2 inch thick. Massive renovations and security upgrades needed. Waste of money.

Pros:

The first hotel, had a plumbing issue. They elected to send me to their sister unit. Called the Castaway. An ARBNB, people live there, dope smoke in the hallways, the unit was not on the beach. The unit was substandard. I left, went to New Smyrna Beach. Found a unit and stayed there.

I hope I'm not being charged for the first place.

It was Unacceptable.

Pros:

The room was great, but we had find a place to park our van with trailer which was 2 blocks away and another $80.00 to our stay. If we new about thin advance we would have been able to make arrangements.
I use my trailer to carry my wheelchairs and to have it stolen wouldn't have worked for me.

Dont do it!
Pros:

Booked a room for a single night for Bike week. Host contacted me the day prior due to plumbing issues. They offered another place about 10 minutes away but that wasnt going tonwork for me. Host said they would cancel my booking and issue a refund. 3 weeks later they refuse to answer calls, texts and emails. Filing an insurance claim today so I can get my $300 back for a room i didnt even stay in.

Pros:

The room itself was nice and very clean. Great ocean view right on the beach. The thermostat on the wall was just for show. It was SO hot in our room that we ended up sleeping with the balcony door open. The property is in a great location for walking around town. My biggest complaint was the lack of front desk/staff. You had to call a number and they would text you back to help you if you had any questions or needed anything. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

Pros:

The building is set up to run all units on either heat or cold. We needed A/C because the days weren’t consistently cold. They couldn’t offer A/C our room was a steady 85. We ended our trip two days early because of this. The communication was very good and they did refund our two days.

Experience left my heart full, and my wallet empty.
Pros:

The booking process was extremely simple. I was able to walk right into my room immediately and enjoy it. Everything was very clean, and I really appreciated the blue accent to the room.

Cons:

Why is it 124 for one night? Why is the next night over 200? This a crazy hike in price.

Horrible, Dirty no A/C
Pros:

It was horrible. DID NOT LAST 5 MINUTES. Had to leave. No A/C. Could not get anyone on the phone. 4th floor and elevator was torn up. Dated and dirty. Debris still from storm. Part of roof hanging off the top. Was not stable. Matresses on bed were cheap and thin. Would never stay here.

Elevator didn’t work most times. Tv remote wouldn’t work on tv. Smallest patio ever, went next door hotel and it is so much better.

Pros:

Once we arrived, we were notified of the construction to most of the Daytona Studios.
Our specific unit was clean and nice, but the rest of the area seemed closed and unavailable for any use.
