I love staying at this resort. My third time here. I would give 5 stars except for issues with hot water. Takes a good five minutes to heat up. Other than that, the resort was good.

The property was very well maintained and one of the cleanest properties I have stayed. The staff were amazing and were very helpful and accommodating during our stay. The only problems we had was that it took roughly 5 mins for the hot water to get hot which they did explain that they had been working on it and that there was work being done on the elevator. Other than that exceptional property and will definitely recommend it to my friends and family!

Really enjoyed our stay here! Don’t let the outside fool you, while it could look more inviting/updated on the outsideof the building, the room itself was clean and spacious.

We loved the room and the services. We noticed that the fire alarm goes off easily. We suggest the hotel to look at this, becaouse we just reheated a pizza and the alarm went off. We also suggest that the clean team to take a better look ath the dishwash and the dryer. They were not clean.
Overall, we loved the experience. We didn't notice any survailance at the property. Usually, we have to show a document to enter the hotel.

Pros:

Everything here is amazing! Just woke up at 1:00am at night and couldnt fall asleep due to guest screaming and kids running around.

Amazing stay for the value

The location is wonderful, just behind I-drive a few minutes from the parks, the villa was completed renovated on the inside. There are several amenities and the staff is friendly. Diego at the front desk was wonderful. We had an issue at check in due to an issue with Orbitz, he helped me get it all straightened out and was super patient! Will come back again.
