Pros:

Perfect location for my trip at a really good price. Staff were really helpful and great selection of food at breakfast.

Cons:

WiFi was basically not useful. TV signal was very poor on most channels so not able to watch many programs.

Centralt, mysigt och bra!
Pros:

Trevliga och bra lokaler och mycket tillmötesgående personal både i receptionen och i frukostserveringen. Fint och gott utbud i frukostbuffén. Bra även att kunna sitta och jobba i loungen och i konferensområdet såsom vi gjorde dagen efter.

Cons:

Saknade golvvärme i badrumet och ventilationen verkade inte funka för spegeln immade totalt igen (vi bodde i 540) och ljudet på tv:n var konstigt (men det blev fixat dagen efter. Synd att baren var stängd (en söndagkväll) då vi kom ifrån vår teatershow.

I had to change room due to the heating not working and the other room was very low standard.
Pros:

Very nice staff and great location + breakfast!

Cons:

My room was ice cold and I had to change room in the middle of the night after my work conference when I was unable to sleep due to the cold room. They changed me to a room with much lower standards and not a fresh and nice room like what I had booked originally. I got sick from my stay there and it badly affected my work conference.

Repetirei quando for novamente a Estocolmo.
Pros:

É um hotel com excelente localização,muito central,acolhedor com um staff disponível e simpático.
O pequeno almoço é servido numa sala acolhedora em que qualidade,quantidade e variedade são digno de nota, com a presença de um staff preocupado em servir bem o cliente.
O bar é muito agradável com bom ambiente.
Numa próxima ida a Estocolmo ficarei novamente aqui.
