We had a great experience with our family photo shoot. The photographer was professional and super personable. We were able to review our photos and make any necessary changes on the spot to ensure we had the best possible photos. Highly recommend.
Great location. Our room was great, especially since it was facing the ocean. The pool area was well-maintained. Front desk staff were pleasant, but can be understaffed and inexperienced. We opted for a daily breakfast, which at first glance seemed sufficient, but it was understaffed, and items were at times unavailable, both leading to staff frustration and unapproachability.
I made a reservation at this hotel the same day 20 minutes before I confirmed the reservation. I called the hotel to see if there’s an oceanfront room available. They said yes I booked the room 20 minutes later I get there sorry there is no oceanfront. It’s only the side view which I agree to checked in. They asked me if I wanted points or breakfast. I asked for breakfast my husband and I changed to go for lunch. I passed by the front desk and asked for a bottle of water to take my medication. Dedra at the front desk pointed to the marketplace and said there’s water there. It’s three dollars I’m a Bonvoy platinum elite member. I get complimentary water anywhere I travel in any Marriott in the world. I told her I did not get any water when I checked in. I just need a bottle to take my medication on my way to lunch. She refused to give me a bottle of water., I walked out without it , next morning we go to breakfast. I handed them the card that was given at the front desk. They said this is only $10 off breakfast. I told them I’m supposed to have two breakfast included with my room because I denied point they said you need to go to the front desk. I went to the front desk, waiting in line again while my husband was waiting at the breakfast table. They gave me the correct card. I went back. There was an older lady as a server heavy set extremely extremely loud to the point that we heard everyone’s order around us. I literally felt like I was in a waffle house not a Marriott. I had absolutely no desire to eat anymore, I called the Bonvoy 800 number. The lady was in a shock when I told her what happened especially the water situation. She promised me she was gonna refund my 44,000 points for that one night which did not happen. It took me 3 to 4 phone calls to the Bonvoy 800 number finally today they said they contacted the hotel and the general manager would call me back instead of a callback. I get an email today saying we’re sorry that you went through what you went through, but we’re not refunding any points for you. E-mail was not signed by any name that’s how slick they are it just as front office.
This is the worst Marriott I’ve ever stayed in in my entire life. Their staff need to find a local check cashiering place to work at instead of Marriott. This is a shame to the name of Marriott. If this is a franchise, please take it away from them as soon as possible they do not deserve this name.

We’ve stayed at the hotel many times before and we were delighted to return, Our stay was fantastic in this beachfront hotel, where the staff always greeted you as you went in or out of the hotel. Indira at reception was excellent with advice and generally being helpful. Our clean spacious room was very comfortable, with great quality bedding and towels. It’s important that the bed comfort is also mentioned, as being able to get a great nights sleep after a busy day is priceless. The complementary coffee every morning was a nice touch to start the day. Overall this hotel offered just about everything we could have wanted, together with its location- right on the beach it was perfect. We did have an issue with the internet at the hotel but this was more about a supplier problem rather than the hotel. In our opinion there is no better place to stay in Daytona.

The Delta is absolutely beautiful, the location is incredible, enjoying the pool while looking at the ocean is so special. But the customer service by Indira and the rest of her team really took the experience to the next level!! Can't wait to come back for a visit.
Arielle was amazing! She was very descriptive with how we should position ourselves for the pictures. She giggled with us and made sure to capture all of our requested positions. Thank you so so much!

Our second time here, great views and excellent rooms for a reasonable price. We had a ocean facing room with balcony. Very nice pool area not crowded with live music in the afternoon. The restaurant is great for breakfast, lunch and or a dinner all outside.
Cool little bar with all the drinks you could want, from check in to departure we enjoyed every day.
Highly recommend.

Our room was right beside the ice machine. Went off several times in middle of night. Room walls were paper thin. Wasn’t told about parking fee until checked in.
We loved our stay at the Delta. The greeting right to the exit was great.
We stayed here for 1 night. Our room was spacious. Love love the balcony ocean view. The kids loved the pool area. Very friendly staff. My only negative would be how small their elevators were and felt cramped with people and luggage but there were two set of elevators to choose from and the stairs were not bad to climb.
we did not feel comfortable staying here. Parking IS NOT FREE as advertised. First 3 cars free, first come first serve, then you pay for city parking. The one level old hotel did not look safe to us, and we feared bed bugs or a break in. We left. We booked it for our anniversary according to reviews, but we are absolutely shocked it had high ratings
