Breakfast was a nice mix of food and beverages, kids enjoyed the pool and it was great to be able to bring the dog.
Rooms had stale smells
Ants…
We were told that you guys accepted cats, so we drove almost an hr and a half there just to get turned around at the door because we have a cat. We even called to confirm you allowed cats and we were told yes, when arriving we were told its a new policy
Location and clean premises.
Dining area too small for the number of guests.
The room was large and the bed was reasonably comfortable.
The water backed up in the bathtub and looked like sewage. It looked like they had just painted over all the old broken parts of the building instead of actually fixing anything. I stood at the counter while another customer asked for an early check-in and was allowed to get their room. When I asked right after they walked off, the desk person very rudely dismissed me and said they didn't do early check-ins when I had just watched it happen. There were so many homeless people in the parking lot begging, and prostitutes offering services, that I felt unsafe even going outside.
The location was great for my visit. Central to the people I was visiting, and the Denny’s right next door gives plenty of options for food outwith the breakfast included in my rate
The room was quite dark, even with the light on, and the tv in the room didn’t work… that wasn’t a deal breaker though. Staff were friendly enough… but you weren’t always sure who was an employee and who was a guest.
Good staff
Nothing
The room was spartan in the way of older hotels but everything was in good working order, clean, & we had what we needed. The bedding was fresh & clean, the towels were soft & absorptive, the staff was helpful. The breakfast was great with hard boiled eggs, bagels, waffles, & fruit.
The hallway smelled of stale smoke but once we got in the room everything smelled fresh. There were no ports for electronics but there were sufficient outlets to charge things.
Stayed for a bball tournament, good location for the price.
Cleanliness of pool area, no towels
Location. Room was clean. Breakfast was great.
