Roligt att få bo på det berömda Knaust hotell och se den berömda trappan.

Fint rum, härligt med badkar. Gillade att det fanns bastu.

Cons:

Många tråkiga missar som ledde till lägre standard. Missmatchade gymredskap, inte särskilt vegan-vänlig frukost trots föranmälan om detta. Tycker personalen ska ta ett studiebesök till Elite Hotell Mimer i Umeå, blev nog besviken för att jag förväntade mig samma standard.
Enkelt exempel på saker som kan förbättras:
Glasbehållare till vattnet i gymmet istället för plast. En plats att ställa använda glas på så de inte står och ser och ser stökiga ut.
Kaklet i rum 136 håller på att ge upp på vissa ställen.

Anrikt vackert hotell.
Pros:

Mycket vacker byggnad med bevarade tidsenliga detaljer. Perfekt läge mitt i stan. Bra med ett gym som hade det nödvändigaste, dessutom fräscht och bastu i anslutning.

Cons:

Lite ostädat, dvs dammigt under sängarna. Ena sängen mycket ranglig och nedlegad.
