We hosted our wedding at Hotel ZaZa and could not have been more impressed with the entire experience. The venue is stunning, the service was top-notch, and everything ran incredibly smoothly.

A huge part of that is thanks to our event coordinator, Samara Atwood, who was absolutely outstanding. She was organized, calm, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. On the day of the wedding, she handled everything seamlessly and made the entire experience feel effortless and stress-free.

Our guests even commented on how well-run and beautiful the event was, which is such a testament to Samara and the Hotel ZaZa team. We are so grateful and would highly recommend Hotel ZaZa to anyone considering hosting a wedding or special event — you’ll be in amazing hands.

Great food and service

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel ZaZa and felt well taken care of from start to finish.

Housekeeping was excellent. Our room was spotless, thoughtfully refreshed, and clearly handled with care. Valet was also great: friendly, efficient, and easy every time.

A special thank you to Samara, who truly elevated our stay. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable, with a warmth and professionalism that felt completely genuine. You can tell she takes real pride in both her role and the guest experience.

It’s rare to have such a consistently positive experience across every touchpoint. We’ll absolutely be back.

We had our holiday party at Zaza this year and they knocked it out of the park per usual. Samara and her team were so incredibly helpful. The food was delicious, and the service was top notch. The holiday decor was impeccable and really brought the spirit of the holiday to life. The hotel rooms were wonderful and spacious! Will be returning!!

I organized a conference at the Hotel Zaza, culminating in a holiday party. Right off the bat, the service from the valet and front desk staff was impeccable. I got positive feedback from everyone about check-in and accommodations.

Courtney McCord, our conference manager, was outstanding. The whole process was really. They were so accommodating to the guests and were attentive throughout the conference to make sure everything went smoothly.

The food was outstanding. Having run and attended many events at hotels, the quality and flavor of the food was noticeably better than anywhere I have been.

The AV team was flexible and understanding of last-minute needs and adjustments. Events never go as planned but when anything came up the F&B, AV, and conference teams jumped right in to make sure everything was perfect.

My guests were also very impressed with the beds, pillows, and water pressure. These things seem silly but when you're away from home, those extra comforts really stand out. I can't wait to work with Hotel Zaza again.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel, and I can’t recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome, and the service stayed consistently impressive throughout our visit. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and surprisingly spacious, offering all the little comforts that make a trip feel special.

Travel for work can be stressful when you don’t feel like you have a home base in a city. I first stayed at Hotel ZaZa last year and have been by every time I come back to Dallas. Sometimes with luxury hotels, they feel sterile and unwelcoming and ZaZa is the opposite. A warm, family vibe where the staff is top notch and the food and drinks are fantastic. Alex who runs the beverage program has put together such a great selection at their bar that I always find myself trying bottles that I didn’t know existed. He also is very engaged with the guests and that went a long way with me. He had seen me a few times and took timeout of his day to sit with me, ask about my job and give me some fun education on Hotel ZaZa and his bar program as a whole. A unique experience that I have never seen elsewhere. If you are coming to Dallas, come to ZaZa.

Our annual event held at Hotel Zaza was an absolute success because of the commitment and dedication of the hotel staff and team, specifically Samara Atwood, Senior Sales Specialist at Hotel Zaza.

We welcomed 300+ guests, had multiple vendors, tons of custom requests and she and the entire team were so kind, patient, welcoming and collaborative, it was truly the best experience our entire team have ever had.

Room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was very helpful and kind - all went above and beyond. The restaurant was easy and delicious. Great location. I would stay here again.

My second visit to this location and third stay a ZaZa property and it really is first class . The food from Zodiac down stairs is amazing and the rooms ar modern clean and luxurious. The electronics all work well and and you get not one but 3 comfortacle chairs . The staff is friendly and helpful and the view at night is amazing . If you can come here spend a couple of days at least gresh quality coffee on every floor is much better than wrestling with a coffee maker and the cookies tea/ lemonade make walking in anytime a treat .We stay in some nice places but none are better than a ZaZa if we make to Austin we will try the ZaZa there but Dallas is my favorite

My team and I travel the world and the ZaZa is by far the most anticipated venue we visit each year. From the friendly service to the memorable and fascinating decor, ZaZa never fails to impress. The rooms are luxurious and eclectic, the moon pies each night are an indulgent treat and the bathrobes....let's just say we have purchased them as to only enjoy them a few days a year is not happening!
I highly recommend this convenient, comfortable, curated spot.
And Dragonfly is a great place to eat, drink and people-watch!
