Pros:

We liked everything and the staff were lovely at the reception and other staff as well.

Varla þesa virði miða við kostnað
Pros:

Staðsetning hótels var góð. Við fengum hjónarúm eins og við báðum um og það var kælir á herberginu.

Cons:

Það var ýmislegt sem að okkur líkaði ekki, því miður.
1. Tékk inn tók allt of langan tíma c.a 35 mín.
2. Við vorum rukkuð um 800 kr á gististað sem við héldum að við værum búin að borga á booking - starfsmaður sagði að það stæði í skilmálum en það er bara alls ekki rétt, ég les alltaf skilmála og þetta kemur hvergi fram í þeim á booking. En starfsmaður sagði mér bara að lesa þetta betur.... við skulum ekki gleyma því að það á ekki að rengja viðskiptavin ef þú vilt hafa hann góðan og að hann komi aftur.
3. Starfsmaður lét okkur einhverra hluta vegna strax líða eins og við yrðum með eitthvað vesen eða værum óheiðarleg - virkilega fráhrindandi og þar með varð dvölin ósjálfrátt neikvæð, starfsmaður sagði ítrekað að þessi gististaður væri ekki fyrir partýfólk og alkóhólista, mjóg ósmekklegt að segja þetta við gesti sem eru að koma í frí.
4. Spegill á herbergi var skítugur
5. Lampi á skrifborði óvirkur þótt hann væri í sambandi við innstungu, þarf að kíkja á ástand lampa og innstungna þar sem sumar innstungur eru að skemmast.
6. Ekki hægt að opna báðar hurðar á skáp í herbergi þar sem að hurðapumpan er fyrir.
7. Morgunverðurinn var varla þess virði til að vakna fyrir, lítið úrval og þröng aðstaða til að athafna sig.

Kanonläge och en fantastisk utsikt från vårt rum.
Pros:

Lite för lite alternativ. Hade önskat några fler brödsorter och pålägg. Ibland blev det tomt ochdet tog ett tag innan det fylldes på. Men allt kändes fräscht.

Cons:

Rummet och duschrummet var väldigt litet.

Our Second Stay
Pros:

This is our second stay at this hotel, having also visited in January 2025.

We enjoy this hotel due to its central location being close to shops, restaurants, the seafront & harbour.

We find the hotel team to be very good, always friendly and helpful. Cleanliness is good and we enjoy the breakfast which consists of toast, jams, spreads, ham & cheese; porridge; fruit; pastries. Tea, coffee, cocoa and fruit juices.

Our room had a kettle with drinks sachets/tea refreshed on cleaning days, every other day was fine for us.

We will stay at this hotel again.

Perfect weekend getaway
Pros:

We loved the staff who were so helpful and friendly. You cannot beat the location of this hotel, plus the breakfast was good and an easy way to start the day. The music at this hotel is fabulous!

A Fabulous Hotel for buffet travelers
Pros:

A boutique hotel with comfortable appointments to the rooms. Basic ammenities (towels, soap, hair dryer, electric pot, and mini 'fride) are in room. Walking distance the center of Central Reykjavik, one block away from the Theatre of the Arts, minutes away from two museums on foot and a short bus ride to the National Museum. Buses are at the door, but the rooms are peaceful. Duty-free shops and restaurants are one block away.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist 5 Gehminuten zur Fly-Bus drop-off-Haltestelle Nr. 14 und 5 Minuten zur Fussgängerzone mit Restaurants und Shops.

Cons:

Die Erste Frage die uns gestellt wurde war: Wollen sie die Zimmerreinigung oder helfen sie uns die Umwelt zu schützen und verzichten darauf? Rückerstattet wurde die Dienstleistung jedoch nicht.

Pros:

Le personnel très accueillant, la chambre était très bien. Par contre c’était une chambre simple et j’ai été surprise de voir un lit simple.

Cons:
