Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta, joka auttoi ja neuvoi paikallisten palveluiden löytämisessä! Erinomainen sijainti.

Cons:

Huoneessa huono ilmanvaihto. Ikkunaa ei saanut auki ja ilma oli kostea.
Kulttuuriviikonlopun vuoksi ikkunan takana ensin rakennettiin dj:n lavaa, sitten dj soitti niin, että basso täristi seiniä. Loppuyön dj:n lavaa purettiin pois kovaäänisesti. Tämä tietenkään ei ollut hotellin vika, mutta emme tienneet tästä etukäteen

Cons:

Hotel itself is shabby, tiny rooms, parking not easy, said there was a bar/lounge..there wasn’t.

Great position, clean, good breakfast, great staff, perfect for solo traveller.
Pros:

Hotel is central to shops, shows, transport and facilities. Staff were exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast was simple, fresh and tasty and delicious. Room was warm and bed was comfortable. As a solo traveller it was great.

Center Hotels Klopp was a small, charming hotel right in the center of Reykyjavik.
Pros:

The location was perfect. Without a car, we were able to walk all around the city. We were close to public and tour bus stops to visit areas outside of the city as well. We made frequent stops back to the hotel to drop off purchases or rest up before our next adventure. Additionally, Faroq was a huge help in greeting us and answering questions during our stay. We had a lovely time.

Cons:

Better accessiblility into the hotel, including a ramp for handicapped people or even for wheeled luggage. There were three steps to get into the front door but no other accessibility option that we were aware of.

Pros:

The hotel is close to downtown, nice restaurants and shops.
I reserved this hotel for my husband and my son because the hotel my daughter and I were staying did not have room for them for the entire period. They only spent one night at this hotel.

Cons:

Small rooms. The furniture and amenities in the rooms need some renovation.
