We had a late arrival and let our host know and was given codes and sent pictures the day before our arrival to make locating the place easier. We got fast responses and had zero issues with our stay. Place was very clean and location was very safe. Thank you. Looking forward to future bookings.

Excellent service. Easy to communicate with the owner, who was very flexible and helpful. The property is new, very well appointed and pleasingly decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed and was cleaned for us daily. It was a joy to stay at this place for 3 days.
Karla was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. The property is very new and has a lot of modern features. I felt very safe in the gated community and there was a police nearby. Room service was not expected so it was very good to have

Although I contacted the property 48 hours prior I was not given any codes to get in. I was given a phone number which I had text earlier in the day to notify we would be arriving with no response. My taxi waited OVER AN HOUR (extra charge for me) with me and even reached out to the property manager on his phone to get them to answer. Finally was able to get in. Very friendly regardless. The person in charge Karla, promised to send a driver to take us to the airport in the morning (she offered) , The driver never arrived. We struggled to find alternate arrangements. It is not the type of place where you can walk out and find a taxi. The place is very nice and very clean and very secure, but not very well organized as far as getting in and please don’t make promises you cannot keep. We were counting on your word to get us to the airport on time.
This place was so nice and safe that we didn't even want to leave the room. Unbelievable price for this place and they even had neflix accounts on both tv's :)
