Jättebra frukost, fräscht och välstädat

Stockholm felt like a dream

Super Lage, aber würde ich nicht nochmal buchen
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich super. Die U-Bahn ist sehr schnell zu erreichen, genau wie der Bus, die Tram oder die Fähre. Auch befinden sich sehr viele Cafes und Restaurants in der Nähe.
Als Ausganspunkt für eine Erkundung liegt das Hotel wirklich perfekt.

Cons:

Leider war das Zimmer definitiv nicht wie auf den Bildern. Wir hatten ein "Superior-Doppelzimmer" gebucht. Außerdem platzt an mehreren Stellen die Farbe (oder möglicherweise auch der Putz) von den Wänden ab, was nicht besonders ansprechend ist. Außerdem ist die Glasscheibe zur Dusche direkt am Bett mehr als Fragwürdig. Für ein Paar mag das kein Thema sein, wenn man allerdings als Freunde verreist ist das gewöhnungsbedürftig.
Des Weiteren war das Servicepersonal beim Frühstück mehr als überfordert. Tische von Frühstücksgästen, die bereits weg waren wurden nicht abgeräumt und sauber gemacht, damit die nachfolgenden Gäste Platz nehmen konnten. Tassen und Besteck fehlten. Insgesamt ist der Platz für die Größe des Hotels zu klein. Gäste wurden zum Frühstücken in die Bibliothek ausgelagert. Allerdings war das Personal wirklich bemüht, aber die Aufgaben wohl zu viel in der Zeit.

Olemme olleet aiemminkin tässä hotellissa ja joka kerta se on ollut erinomainen valinta. Jälleen huomasimme sen parhaat puolet: sijainti, ystävällinen palvelu ja todella hyvä aamiainen.

Buena calidad precio
Pros:

La ubicación, a 15 minutos del centro caminando, también en el propio barrio tiene restaurantes y tiendas, fácil acceso a metro. El desayuno bastante completo.

Cons:

Las cortinas no se cerraban del todo bien, por lo demás todo perfecto.

Pros:

Personāls laipns un pretimnākošs, istabas tīras. Gultas ļoti mīkstas. Ļoti ērta atrašanās vieta, nebija nepieciešams lietot sabiedrisko transportu, visut varēja aiziet ar kājām. Ļoti patika brokastis, izvēle visām gaumēm. Labprāt tur atgrieztos vēlreiz .

Overall we liked our stay
Pros:

Excellent location
Lovely breakfast

Cons:

We had a stroller with us and the hotel is not very stroller friendly. Reception of the hotel is 9-10 steps upstairs from the main entrance with no lift. And the elevators to the room is 2 big steps up. We managed and even the staff was always offering help but not very convenient with a stroller.

The breakfast was lovely, with many options and fresh food. The service in the entire hotel was super and the location was good.

The room was super small and quite dusty. The bed was tiny for two people and way too soft.
