MALAS PRESTACIONES Y BUENA UBICACION
Pros:

El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente, a pocos metros de tiendas y restaurantes; está localizado en una zona muy animada.
Es posible ir andando a la playa de Waikiki
El balcón es amplio y con buenas vistas La zona de piscina y spa es agradable con lavandería de pago y una tienda en el mismo piso

Cons:

El personal de recepción es poco agradable La habitación se publicita como un estudio con zona de cocina pero es una habitación sin más.
Nos alojamos en dos ocasiones durante nuestro viaje a Hawai, ambas habitaciones eran similares pero en la primera había un fregadero al lado de la placa de vitrocerámica mientras que en la segunda no había nada y el lavabo del baño era el fregadero!
El baño es minúsculo, la puerta casi roza con el wc
Reservamos para 4 personas pero no hay servicios ni comodidades para este número de huéspedes; la única mesa está en el balcón y sólo tiene 2 sillas. A pesar de tener una reserva para 4 personas solamente nos dejaron toallas para 3
En la primera reserva no pudimos hacer ni un café, la cafetera no tenía filtros y no nos dejaron ni un poco de café para la primera noche; en la segunda reserva nos dejaron unos sobres de café y la cafetera tenía filtro Y para remate final, en la segunda estancia llegamos en medio de una tormenta tropical con alerta roja enviada a los móviles; el señor que nos atendió en recepción no tuvo ninguna contemplación ni voluntad para adelantar el check-ing y nos dijo rotundamente que no podíamos acceder a la habitación hasta después de las 15h
A las 6 de la mañana saltó una alarma de incendio que duró unos segundos; como una media hora más tarde volvió a saltar con aviso por megafonía; cuando bajé a recepción no me dieron explicaciones y el personal de seguridad solamente me dijo que no había incendio

Location - it was easy to drive in and out to do other activities outside of Waikiki

Cons:

It was a little weird feeling that some people actually live there. Personally, I felt like we invading their home.

The location

Cons:

I had to change the room twice.
The first one was completely different from the one I booked, the carpet was really dirty, a lot of cockroach, the kitchen didn’t have any sink.
The room was very old, so I asked the next day for another room.
My second room didn’t have the remote for the air conditioner.
I waste a lot of time moving.
The staff were very helpful however didn’t receive any discount or money back for these issues.
This was my second visit to this hotel, however I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
You could pay the same price in a better place.
