Location - it was easy to drive in and out to do other activities outside of Waikiki

It was a little weird feeling that some people actually live there. Personally, I felt like we invading their home.

The location

Cons:

I had to change the room twice.
The first one was completely different from the one I booked, the carpet was really dirty, a lot of cockroach, the kitchen didn’t have any sink.
The room was very old, so I asked the next day for another room.
My second room didn’t have the remote for the air conditioner.
I waste a lot of time moving.
The staff were very helpful however didn’t receive any discount or money back for these issues.
This was my second visit to this hotel, however I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
You could pay the same price in a better place.

Bon emplacement, services complet laundry, boutique au 6eme, une grde piscine , service bbq exterieur..personnel à l'accueil au top,...

Cons:

Le service de chambre tous les 3j mais sans change de la literie, les clés des chambres à réinitialiser, le service sécurité.....

En gros, notre séjour s’est bien déroulé. Je pense revenir bientôt. L’hôtel est bien placé.
Pros:

L’hôtel est bien sécurisé.
La chambre était spacieuse et propre.
Mais il y a un bémol. La moquette est vraiment vieillotte. Il faudrai peut être la renouveler.
A part ce petit point, tout est parfait.

Cons:

Ce que je n’ai pas aimé, c’est que le vendredi soir, sur la terrasse du 6eme étage, les personnes font la fête avec un vacarme pas possible.
Ils se mettent à crier sans se soucier des autres personnes aux étages les plus basses.
Il n’y a plus aucun respect.
C’est bien dommage lorsqu’on est au parking du 3eme étage, il faut redescendre au Lobby et reprendre l’autre ascenseur pour accéder à notre chambre.
Une chose important : il manque un réveil dans la chambre, et un peu plus de cintres pour les vêtements, surtout que l’on séjourne pour 2 semaines en couple.

There were 2 good things about this hotel - the view was excellent, and they were good enough to receive an important FedEx packet for me ahead of my stay. Everything else about this hotel was subpar. All of the furniture, right down to the front desk furniture, looked like it came from the Goodwill store. The check-in process was terribly slow. The bathroom was tiny. The pillows were lumpy and hard. And they charged me a $30 "amenities fee", which was not disclosed when I booked, which is a violation of Hawaii state law. And they were just the standard amenities that most hotels automatically include in the room rate. Would not recommend.
