Pentru o experienta in cunoștință de cauză. Cazarea este un ponton plutitor pe o peninsula pe Raul sava. Deși in rezervare scria ca parcarea este gratuită, nu a fost tocmai așa. De fiecare dată cand intri cu masina trebuie sa plătești o taxa de 600 rsd pentru 24 ore. Am insistat putin la cei de la hotel si ne au oferit o cartela sa putem intra/ ieși, dar trebuie sa va așteptați minim la o tura de plata. Daca doriți sa lăsați masina la hotel , până la prima stație de autobuz sunt vreo 30 de minute. Ca impresie generala deși in prima zi nu am putut face check in mai devreme de ora 12 pentru ca nu a fost curățată camera ( aici a fost vina noastră pentru ca am ajuns prea devreme) curățenia inițială a lăsat putin de dorit , inclusiv un prosop rupt la baie. Nu am primit suficient gel de dus si săpun pentru toate zilele. Micul dejun este prestabilit, la alegere, dar meniurile principale sunt consistente. Recomand acel Sandwich au gratin. In hotel noi am gasit o singura fata care se ocupa de toate si uneori poate părea putin prea solicitant. Vineri ni s a spus ca va fi o petrecere privata in restaurat, care se afla la parter. Ni s a promis ca nu va fi deranj, dar la ora 12.50 noaptea patul inca tremura la fel si mobila. Pot spune ca acea noapte a fost pierduta pentru ca nu ne am putut odihni absolut deloc. Daca nu as fi fost obosit as fi plecat direct din acea seara , sâmbătă aveam check out ul, si as fi cerut rambursarea pt noaptea pierdută. Sâmbăta dimineața fata care lucrează peste tot a fost copleșită sa strângă dupa petrecerea de vineri seară și abia am reușit sa obținem o cafea la micul dejun. Despre mâncare nici nu se pune problema pentru ca băiatul de la bucătărie nu era acolo și am plecat fără sa mai mâncăm micul dejun. Personal nu sunt mulțumit de raportul calitate preț de acolo.

This isn't my first time staying at Flow.
I have a few complaints.
The bathroom has old, rusty, dirty silicone in the corners. The light above the mirror doesn't work. The paint is chipped in the corners. The mirror on the staircase has peeling paint. There's a thick layer of dust on top of the mirrors. The reception area has a terrible trapdoor in the floor with old, torn linoleum. The carpet needs a dry cleaning.
These seem like small things, but they can make the difference between a beautiful, pleasant place to stay and a cheap, olded hotel.
The hotel has two rooms with a pool on the terrace and probably one with a jacuzzi in the room. When booking, you can't choose which room with the pool on the terrace you'll stay in. Room 2 has a river view, and room 4 has a view of the river and the bridge illuminated at night. I think it should be possible to choose your room when booking.

Unsafe and Extremely Disappointing Hotel Experience ⚠️
Our gold earrings disappeared during our stay at this hotel, and instead of helping us properly, the management immediately tried to avoid responsibility.
The safe box in the room was not functioning properly, there were no CCTV cameras, and the staff showed a very irresponsible attitude throughout the entire situation. We requested support and compensation, but the management avoided taking this matter seriously.
Because we returned to the hotel very late at night and had an early morning flight, we could not complete the police process in time. However, the lack of professionalism, support, and concern from the hotel staff was extremely disappointing.
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. If you care about your safety, personal belongings, and respectful treatment as a guest, avoid this place
