ibis budget Krakow Stare Miasto

I always trying to book this hotel on my long way to home.This hotel is giving me 100% chance to sleep well, eat a good quality food and stay in very convenient area, which is cover all my needs during the journey.
The staff is always very friendly and nice. Everyone is ready to help.
Only one thing made me disappointed during my last stay is significant price rises for the room and dinner in the Ibis Restaurant.
I would like to have some discounts for return customers.
I will choose Ibis anyway but a small bonus would be very nice.

Hotel was really close to the train station. Pretty basic but very clean, bed was really comfortable. Great staff. Thank you!

The hotel is next the main train station, shopping mall.

The loby area is basic, clean and welcoming, there are some seating and a water cooler.

Room is good condition, aircon is in working order, bed is super comfortable. The good water pressure is definitely a plus.

There are two Ibis hotels - we stayed at the "Budget" Room for 2 was a king bed, small shower and small toilet. Clean and bed was firm. Breakfast for 45 Zoloty was OK. Right next to train station which was the reason we chose this hotel. 5 minute walk into Old Town.

Great location with walkable distance into the Old Town. Hotel was clean, safe and staff were really accommodating when we requested extra pillows and a hairdryer (always worth an ask!). Totally worth the price we paid.

Very good hotel for its price. You can walk to the Krakow city center very easily, the employees speak English and the check-in procedure was fast.

I booked the cheapest and smallest one person room. The room is small, has no storage space and a small and outdated bathroom. This was not a problem for me, given the price, but should be taken into consideration. However the bed was very good and the room was good sound isolated. My room was in front of the elevator and I wake up to sounds quickly, but my night was never disrupted.

The breakfast offering was simple and small, however good for its price.

My conclusion: If you are looking for a cheap hotel that is very good at its basics function and you don't mind a simple room and simple breakfast options I would absolutely recommend. I intend on visiting Krakow again and I will absolutely book again.

Very convenient for late arrivals. Close to the bus station, we had a late check-in, and I liked that the staff was still helpful and friendly. Clean and on budget

The property has a great location, the main train station is short walking distance away. The property itself is basic, but clean. No phone in the rooms to call the reception. There’s no privacy when taking a shower since the shower cabin opens directly to the room, without additional door.

A little noise from the nearby train station but great location very helpful staff and very clean property.
