Pros:

立地と駐車場！部屋も少し古さはかんじましたが、広さは大人４人と幼児1人で充分でした。

Cons:

お風呂のお湯が出ず、修理を依頼しましたが暖かくなるまで時間がかかりました。

Great stay/ Location to everything... amazing staff
Pros:

We had a family group of 10 family members. We had 3 x 2 bedroom appartments. Have been to Hawaii a few times. I would totally recommend Regency on BeachWalk. I booked and didnt realise there was no pool on the premises. However, only 3 min walk away, we could use pool at partner Hotel down the road. No hassle whatsoever. Rooms were all comfortable for all family members. We had a huge 15 seater monster van which they accommodated nicely for. The best thing about this place were the STAFFFFFF... they were all amazing. Reception/ Maintanence/ Cleaners were all amazing.... Thank you for making our stay wonderful. For all 9 nights. Look forward to staying again.

Cons:

Wifi cut in and out - or really slow. I was working so it just slowed things down a bit. Otherwise, not a hassle.

First time staying here, won’t be our last.
Pros:

From the moment we arrived the staff were welcoming and engaged with us as guests, always greeting us with a smile and asking if everything was going well for us. The room was spacious, just what our group of 4 needed. Balcony overlooking Fort DeRussy park, ocean views and each sunset was great. Plenty of room in apartment great kitchen and fridge. Bathroom was spacious. 9 floors never waited for the lift everything very clean. Location is so good on Beachwalk. Use of Outrigger Reef pool was a bonus.Room had beach chairs and a boogie board as well.

Great value in the heart of Waikīkī with a warm welcome.
Pros:

Good location, easy to get to main areas of interest. Good sized room with all the amenities needed for self catering. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We would certainly use again.

Cons:

Felt the room could have been a little cleaner on arrival but certainly not dirty and this is a minor criticism.

We had an enjoyable stay. The beds were comfortable, room and facility was clean. Staff were very friendly and pleasant. Beaches was a short walk and we were able to find many food options nearby. We would stay here again!

Pros:

The property was convenient to shopping areas and a small beach without being on the main strip. The staff was courteous. It was a plus to have a kitchen to cook some meals in. The only negative would be the beds were hard and the second bedroom was rather warm but those are personal preferences.
