We liked this property, amazing location, nice pool area, the upgraded room was spacious & well maintained.

Cons:

Sofa 🛋️ in the living room was terribly uncomfortable, same for the mattress in the bedroom! And the biggest drawback of this stay was the room next us, their large dog kept barking Morning & Night! Too bad!

The space of the room was great. Staff was friendly.

Cons:

Sofa bed was not comfortable. It felt like all the springs were old. The bed had a giant dent in the center and it hurt your back to sleep on.

The shower felt not clean - lots of calcium build up and odd stains. The couch felt dirty as well. There were dust bunnies underneath the sofa when we tried to pull out the sofa bed

Very nice hotel , would give 10 except for the lack of hot water
Pros:

Large room, nice atmosphere around the pool area, good price, clean

Cons:

Shower water took a good 10 minutes to get warm enough to use every time over the 3 nights we stayed

Great hotel, very helpful staff!
Pros:

Hi, this is my second time staying here.
I was surprised when I arrived I was told parking was 2 blocks away?
It was late and pouring rain, so I was a bit frustrated.
When I found the parking lot, it was completely full.
I called the front desk, and the girl was very sweet and helpful and let me park in the employee lot. I really appreciate this a lot, she was amazing! I can’t remember her name, but I just wanted to say how much I appreciate her kindness!
