Impeccable Stay at Orea
Pros:

The service was impeccable. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and easy to communicate with.
We are very grateful to have received the room upgrade from the hotel to celebrate a special occasion for us.
The room, the facilities, the staff, and the location were all perfect.

Sehr komfortabel mit allem, was man sich zu von einem Hotel wünscht
Pros:

Das Hotel Concept ist sehr überzeugend. Es gibt alles was man braucht von Hausschuhe bis kleinste Details. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber Frühstück war unglaublich sogar mit Barista Kaffee Personal sehr freundlich und die Lage ist meiner Meinung nach besser, als wenn man in Prag1 übernachtet

Pros:

Velmi čisté pokoje, pohodlná postel. Parkování přímo v garáži hotelu. Výborná snídaně. Velmi milý a ochotný personál na recepci. Hotel je navíc pár metrů od OC Nový Smíchov, dobrá dostupnost všude.

Alles in allem gut - wenn man den Zimmerservice außen vor lässt, war es sehr gut....
Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut und sehr viel zum aussuchen - es gab nie Wartezeiten auf Speisen.
Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!!

Cons:

Hatten kein einziges Mal ein Zimmerservice, Betten wurden nie gemacht, Handtücher wurden nie gewechselt. WC-Papier ebenso wenig - da musste ich eine Dame vom Servicepersonal darum bitten!!
