Czysto, wygodnie, bardzo cicho pomimo dużego hotelu. Bardzo dobre europejskie śniadanie. Przepyszna pizza na śniadanie oraz kawa robiona przez baristę . Idealne położenie bardzo blisko metra tramwajów i dużej galerii handlowej. Do centrum ze dwa przystanki. Bardzo polecam

Breakfast with fresh juice and coffee.
Breakfast is absolutely perfect, it’s got everything one might need or want. Full English, continental, barista made coffee, you can even squeeze your own juice, there is juicing station at the end of the room. Just pick your favourite fruit and veg. Breakfast room is laid out so well and tables are cleaned so efficiently that there is never a crowd anywhere.
Room was very comfortable, great bed, very comfy pillows. The only improvement I could suggest is to have a narrow coverlet at the foot of the bed so you could put a suitcase on the bed for easier unpacking.
Water pressure in the shower is excellent. Coffee lounge on the 5th floor is great idea but maybe staff could fill up carafe with water on arrival. Another thing I really loved was the option to choose not to have your room cleaned. Never seen it before. You just leave the small linen pouch on your door handle outside, it indicates that you happy to skip a clean and when you come back you find a little sweet treat in the pouch 😄.
Another thing that I was really impressed with was how my check-in was handled. I made a booking for one night only but I was joining the tour group the following day. So I asked if it was possible to keep the same room for both bookings so I didn’t have to change rooms and this request was accommodated with ease and smile. Great customer service team, thank you so much. You made my four night stay in Prague absolutely perfect.

We visited Prague for 3 days and really enjoyed this hotel. Breakfast is amazing with big selection of continental and cooked breakfast. All the staff are very friendly. Also, had a problem with the AC and they sent a maintenance to fix it at 7:30pm, the technician was extremely friendly and happy to fix it for us. Would definitely stay again next time we’re in Prague!
