Room was small and noisy. No facilities. They charged me a "tax" that later staying in other places i realized i wasn't supposed to pay
Staff willingness to solve some issues with the reservation.
It was close to the concert venue. The staff were pretty accommodating.
They just accepted cash as payment and we didn’t knew that before hand. But other than this minor inconvenience they were pretty understanding about the payment
