Our Columbus stay
Pros:

Staff was very polite, kind, and the person who checked us in (I believe her name was Christina) was very personable and professional! We arrived later than expected and she took no time at all completing our check in so we could go to our room and relax! Room was clean, beds were very comfortable!

Cons:

Especially given the extreme cold temps outside, it would be nice if the rooms were a bit warmer upon arrival. The thermostat was set at 65°...
