Triste que los administradores sean los que definen la tranquilidad de los clientes. Cero cortesía.

La piscina agradable, la comida ok, el desayuno agradable. El celador de la noche muy formal nos solucionó las dificultades .

Cuando llegamos nos atendió el administrador. Llegamos como a la 1:45 nos mostraron la habitación ya está lista pero que no podíamos entrar porque era a las 3 de la tarde. Nos dijo que si la hubiéramos tomado directamente con el hotel no habría problema en darnos la habitación eso no nos pareció formal menos de un administrador. Nosotros llamamos primero al hotel y preguntamos a una mujer que contestó y ella amablemente nos dijo que salía más económico por booking, y así lo hicimos. Nosotros llamamos primero creíamos que habría problema al registrarnos . Como ya teníamos el carro dentro del hotel almorzamos vimos al administrador en el restaurante y le volvimos a preguntar si podíamos pasar a la habitación nos contestó secamente con un no y se fue. Antes de terminar el almuerzo llegó otro señor el que colabora con los cuartos llevando el equipaje y nos dijo que ya podíamos pasar a la habitación y le dijimos pero no son las 3 y el administrador nos recalcó que no podíamos tomarla antes, el señor nos dijo no tranquilos el ya se fue. Eran las 2:25 pasamos nuestras maletas y de ahí nos fuimos para la piscina. Esa fue parte de nuestra odisea. Hay otra parte que con gusto la podemos compartir.

Tiene una piscina espectacular, limpia impecable, y el diseño super!!!

Aunque todo estaba muy limpio, las instalaciones necesitan una remodelacion,, mobiliario viejo.
El personal.es muy atento y servicial.
El desayuno es bueno, los tamales muy regulares, son solo arroz, podrían mejorar..
La ubicación es excelente.
