L’hôtel Palace à Prague semblait splendide sur les photos et était présenté comme un hôtel 5 étoiles avec, soi-disant, un excellent petit-déjeuner. Malheureusement, la réalité était très différente. Le parking annoncé comme inclus ne l’était finalement pas du tout. Quant à la chambre, grosse déception : pas de climatisation, ce qui est difficilement compréhensible pour un établissement de cette catégorie, et même les produits de base comme le dentifrice ou le shampoing n’étaient pas fournis. Le petit-déjeuner était également loin de ce que la présentation de l’hôtel laissait espérer. Entre les photos et la réalité, il y a un vrai décalage. Pour un hôtel présenté comme un 5 étoiles, je m’attendais clairement à un tout autre niveau de prestations et de confort.

Byłam tam 4 raz, podczas 36 stopniowych upałów nie działała klimatyzacja, pokój nie został posprzątany pomimo zgłoszeń nikt go nie posprzątał , obsługa na recepcji niemiła. Bardzo się zawiodłam.

Quiet location...Lacking in 5 star facilities!
Pros:

Beautiful building. Quiet area of Prague with a few restaurants nearby and good connections to centre.

Cons:

This is NOT a 5star hotel. The building itself and reception area are historic and lovely....BUT, A/C and minibar/fridge in room were basically room temperature. No coffee sachets, although a few different teas. No cups or spoon for tea/coffee. These are basics for a 5star I would suggest.

Priestory velmi prijemne.
Ranajky kvalitne, vyber dostatocny, vonkajsia terasa na ranajky super.

Cons:

Klima - kvoli tomuto nizka recenzia.
V takomto teple, za mna, pri 5* uplne neprijatelne. Co hodne kazi dojem z inak prijemneho hotela.

Charmant gebouw maar niet met de luxe die je van een 5 sterren hotel verwacht.
Pros:

Lekker ontbijt en vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel bij het ontbijt.

Cons:

1. Er is geen echte airconditioning en het was buiten 36 graden. In de slaapkamers was het vreselijk warm. We hebben een ventilator meegekregen naar onze kamer, dat was prettig maar het koelde daar niet van af. Onze kinderen kregen pas een dag later een ventilator omdat ze op waren. Ze gaven aan dat er aan de airco gewerkt werd, maar we merkten geen verschil nadat ze klaar waren.
2. Er zou een tram naar het centrum voor de deur stoppen maar die was net uitgevallen voor een paar weken, dus we moesten steeds een flink stuk lopen naar een andere halte, dat viel in 36 graden niet mee.
3. Er was in de badkamer alleen een showergel/shampoo en handzeep, geen bodylotion of andere toiletspullen. Door de droge lucht in de zomer greep ik erg mis aan een bodylotion.

Heerlijk rustig in een schitterend hotel
Pros:

Erg mooi en stijlvol hotel. Achter het gordijn zit een schakelaar om het zonnescherm te laten zakken.
Heerlijk uitrusten in een rustige buurt.
