Fantastic stay, great staff and hotel, excellent breakfast.
Pros:

Great stay, lovely hotel and very comfortable. Staff are extremely helpful and the breakfast is tremendous. Very quiet and nice rooms. Easy access to public transport which is cheap and excellent. Great value for money and would be delighted to stay there again.

Hotel retro, kameralny. Bardzo wygodne łóżka. Śniadania pyszne., różnorodne. Tramwajem nr 23 spod jotelu można dojec do starego miasta czy na hradczany. Wystarczy kupić 1/2 godzinny bilet w tramwaju w automacie.

Jak na 5 gwiazdek to brakuje baru czynnego chocby do 24. Przydałaby sie bezpłatna woda w pokoju na przywitanie czy papcie jednorazowe

Pros:

The breakfast was good, everything was fresh, with quite a good variety of food. The hotel itself looked like an old museum, which I liked a lot. I also liked the garden with a very nice view on the city.

Cons:

The lady at the reception on the first day was not very nice, but fortunately all the other staff members were very nice and helpful.
