Arrival was good. Room was ready and clean. Staff was friendly. Easy.
No on site charging for my car. It does nto take much for a hotel to install and makes staying there so much easier to choose.
Close to shopping
Loud and nightlight was too bright and refracted in mirror while sleeping
The overall condition and presentation, from the front appearance of tge building and landscaping was not up to expected standards.

The reception staff was lovely, the room was clean, bed comfortable
Room service was inconsistent, some days they left only one fresh towel, other day they never changed the bed

The location was easy to get in and out of.
The attendant at the front desk was not very attentive and a bit rude. There was an issue with the elevator and she didn’t offer to assist in any way. I had to call back because we forgot our light blue Beats headphones on top of the microwave (charging) and when I called she didn’t check with anyone to see that they had been located. She just said nothing had been found. Nothing was mentioned about breakfast. Lastly, I was double charged for the pet fee. I will be calling tomorrow morning about that issue. Very disappointed with the rest so despite the location we would not use this location again.
It was unsanitary.
No variety and the shared milk gallons.
Only downside was the elevator was broke, and I have a bad hip. That was just an unfortunate circumstance.

The facility was poorly maintained..poorly staffed…minimal food choices.. that’s not the worst of it.. I was staying there for a conference and one woman said she had a bug in her bed.. the hotel told our group that they would check ALL the rooms and wash all the sheets. They didn’t go in anyone’s room. We were given the chance to go to another hotel, but that would have been very inconvenient and more costly.. we decided to check for ourselves to see if there were any signs of bed bugs and seeing none decided to stay. What bothers me most is that they lied to us. Everyone was disappointed with the hotel. I will never stay there again.
