Cons:

Got a severe injury from a rail sticking out from the bed frame. Bled everywhere and leg foot and ankle are so swollen, I can’t drive and can barely walk. The person at the desk didn’t make any note about it, or report it to management

The staff were pleasant and helpful

Cons:

Everything was falling apart . We had to change rooms because none of yhe lamps worked. I thought the elevator was going to break. Breakfast there was no juice even though there was a dispenser for it. The linens looked worn.

I will not stay here when I come back to visit family.
Pros:

The location was great. There were a lot of restaurants nearby- fast food and dine-in. There were also gas stations and stores nearby if needed.

Cons:

The woman at the front desk was not clear in communication, which lead to a miscommunication, which lead to frustration with both parties. The whole inside needs renovating imperatively. Very much outdated. Very much grimey. The pictures online were definitely false LOL. And I’m talking about the lobby, the hallways, and the rooms. The hallways looked like we were in the Backrooms tbh. It looked like I was about to be trafficked. They also don’t have many suitcase rolling carts. The cleaners need a cleaning class because their cleaning seems to be subpar. I’m not even sure if they’re hitting sanitation laws anywhere in the building.

Elevator definitely wasn’t inspected recently (very slow and falling apart). There was pee stains underneath the main toilet seat that ladies sit on (wasn’t pleasant to view when one of us girls had to throw up in toilet). There was super curly hair stuck to the wall that’s in between the tv and the sink. The breakfast was a 2/10.

Pros:

Not really much. The breakfast was awful. My rental car got hit. The room was decent. The outside hallways were nasty and honestly smelled like pee.

Cons:

Everything other than a few things. I thought you he outside of the building would have at least made for a good breakfast and stay but bed was uncomfortable

Rooms were updated and very nice, the interior check in area and hallways are in need of some TLC and major updates.
Pros:

Pros:

I stay in hotels frequently enough to know things happen and it matters how the staff responds more than the actual inconvenience of the event . I had 2 things occur during my stay. The internet was acting up not letting me access it and there was a suffer smell in the bathroom. The staff were quick to apologize, address the issues and even though I had to alter things a bit the inconvenience was minimal. I felt like the staff did a great job handling things . This is a budget friendly hotel in a great location.

Terrible service and horrible conditions, unsafe for women travels

I’ve never had a worse hotel experience in my life. I checked in and before I even got to my room, encountered a dirty space in the elevator with unknown substances on the wall, the vinyl floor stickers torn and peeling. When I got to my room, noticed that the room was also not clean. In addition to this, the door had about an inch crack on either side of the door and the bottom where I could see into the hallway from my room and viceversa. I called and was told there were no other rooms, that they could clean the room again but nothing they can do about the door. This is simply unacceptable. After leaving the hotel after taking a quick shower as I was due for a rehearsal dinner for the wedding I was in town for, I took my belongings and left, it wasn’t until I called the site I booked through that the hotel called me to say they did have a room for me but at this point my concerns were totally brushed to the side as a solo woman traveling, I did not feel safe in this space. They have refused to refund me and when calling to inquire why they hadn’t responded to the booking agency, the manager started yelling at me on the phone. A horrible experience all around.
