Pros:

Was within walking distance of stores and restaurants.

Cons:

Rooms need to be better maintained. Blinds were broken, door didn't shut unless slammed, hallway and walls were really dirty. Definitely looked run down.

Good clean quick in and out hotel
Pros:

Arrival was good. Room was ready and clean. Staff was friendly. Easy.

Cons:

No on site charging for my car. It does nto take much for a hotel to install and makes staying there so much easier to choose.

very bad experience here, the management was extremely rude, this is a hotel my company stays at every month very often and NEVER had this experience at any other location. need new front desk people for sure or need to get a hirer management in here to figure out why they feel the need to speak to guests the way they do. very uncalled for and we WILL be pulling our business from staying here

Best Value Option In Dublin Area
Pros:

I spent 5 nights here in a deluxe executive room and offer this brief summary assessment.

Pros: My room was exceptionally large and well furnished with a firm, comfortable bed, couch, work desk, abundant storage, fridge, microwave, iron, board, hairdryer and more. The hard floor room was clean and had abundant lighting options as well as charging outlets. The glassed shower was beautiful and towels super clean and white. Front desk staff was friendly, check-in easy, and hot breakfast selection adequate. My room, facing the hotel front was quiet day and night.

Cons: The hallways looked dirty and smelled terrible of strong perfume, as did the bath toiletries that were so bad that I couldn't use them. The 4th floor shower's water pressure was pathetically weak and the toilet paper the thinnest, cheapest available anywhere. Although the wifi speed measured fast at 81/55, it was unreliable and made streaming movies problematic.

Overall, my room was very nice and I will return to this hotel as the best value choice in the Dublin area. I think it's underrated by others here but suggest to management that the hotel has 4 star potential if it would just make some modest changes.

Despite the easy access to the hotel, we won’t use this location again due to the front-desk attendant.

The location was easy to get in and out of.

Cons:

The attendant at the front desk was not very attentive and a bit rude. There was an issue with the elevator and she didn’t offer to assist in any way. I had to call back because we forgot our light blue Beats headphones on top of the microwave (charging) and when I called she didn’t check with anyone to see that they had been located. She just said nothing had been found. Nothing was mentioned about breakfast. Lastly, I was double charged for the pet fee. I will be calling tomorrow morning about that issue. Very disappointed with the rest so despite the location we would not use this location again.
