Yes if we can get people not to smoke in the bar area and the restaurant that would be wonderful. really it was not a good experience going to the restaurant upstairs, sorry it will be much cleaner and healthier if you could work on it , I totally understand your bar and restaurant business will get hurt . but it will be rewarding and Pay you more in the long run

Hands down, one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in - and we have travelled to over 30 countries and always stay in 5 star hotels. This one in particular stood one by its incredible hospitality from every single staff member we encountered. The warmth, friendliness, the care and thoughtfulness was just very special. Joliana checked us in and out and really went out of her way to engage, give us some tips for our next stop in Wadi Rum and even called them ahead to let them know of our arrival - such a kind and special touch.
The room was outstanding. We were welcomed by beautiful selection of chocolates and the room was impeccable. Plenty of space for 2 cases, bathroom was spacious, bright with a nice shower. Wardrobes had everything we needed and more. Laundry service was impeccable. We couldnt fault the hotel at all, it is truly special and we will be back next time we're in Amman.
