The staff was very helpful, especially the reception team.
The cleanliness of the room was questionable and unsatisfactory: there was dust everywhere, the sheets were not changed for five days, and the toilet flush in one of the rooms was broken

We had an absolutely incredible stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Amman. Everything was perfect from start to finish.
The staff were truly exceptional, incredibly kind, attentive, professional, and always ready to help. We had amazing meals at both the Japanese restaurant and La Capitale Brasserie, and everything we tried was delicious. The rooms were beautiful, and the beds were extremely comfortable, honestly some of the best hotel beds we’ve ever slept in!
The only areas that could be improved would be the pool bar menu, which we felt could offer a wider and more refined selection. We also felt that the spa and pool areas could benefit from some renovation and modernization to bring them up to the same exceptional standard as the rest of the hotel.
As a rule, I love the Four Seasons franchise, my two favorite Four Seasons hotels being Cairo Nile and Milan.
The Amman Four Seasons was once among the best in Jordan. It is still excellent, but will be needing an update. The pool area is hysterical. It's a very popular hangout for young Jordanians munching on hamburgers and guzzling cocktails.
The fitness facility was serviceable and I got in a decent workout.
I did have difficulty given the lack of a dedicated concierge getting drivers and finding lunch places when I wanted to venture out.
They have a booming wedding business. The weddings go on until midnight so if you have a room overlooking the outdoor patio below, don't expect to sleep. I had to change rooms.
The price is attractive at roughly $250 a nigh (summer). I will return in October, but there are newer and more chic hotels in Amman if "St. Regis chic" is in your budget.
Overall I like this hotel, but it's not as new as the Cairo Four Seasons Nile which is a wonderful exercise in spoiling oneself. I look forward to the new Four Seasons Luxor by the way.
We stayed six nights at The Four Seasons Amman. Of course, the hotel is excellent and its location very central and convenient.
But what really stood out was the amazing service. From the minute we arrived, every staff member we interacted with was highly professional and attentive.
Muthana at the reception desk is very smart and very competent. He repeatedly showed outstanding care and remembered all our preferences. He always provided superb service and always with a wonderful smile. Regardless of how busy sometimes the reception area was, he was always very efficient and always made us feel cared for.
Laith went out of his way to accommodate every request we had. His positive energy and attention to our needs were exemplary. He made sure that our stay was memorable and thoroughly enjoyable.
Hamza in the breakfast area, from the first day, provided fantastic service. By the second day, he knew what kind of tea we liked, what kind of special juice we enjoyed, and even our favorite types of Turkish coffee (one with no sugar and another with only a little bit of sugar).
We were also helped by countless others who all provided outstanding and personalized service. They included Nabil in security, Zain in reception, Mustafa in housekeeping, and Ali in bellman service.
We are delighted and grateful for the fantastic experience.
