Our stay at Four Seasons Hotel Amman was fantastic. The hotel itself offers excellent comfort, service, and a high standard of hospitality throughout. A very special mention to Muhammad, who was our driver and guide—he was truly amazing and went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. He was incredibly kind, professional, and thoughtful, even treating us to one of the best Kunafah we’ve ever had. His warmth and dedication made a big difference to our trip.

Exceptional Service and Genuine Hospitality

Sultan was truly one of the best waiters at Foyer Restaurant—friendly, polite, caring, and always funny. We always loved spending time at the Four Seasons because the staff treated us like family. Their warmth and hospitality made every visit special.

I had the pleasure of being served by Sultan Nofal at Foyer Lounge, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Sultan is the definition of professionalism—welcoming, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making guests feel comfortable.

He has a great sense of timing, always checking in without being intrusive, and his knowledge of the menu was impressive. His recommendations were spot-on and clearly tailored to our preferences, which made the whole experience feel personalized.

What really stood out was his positive attitude and attention to detail. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work, and it truly elevates the atmosphere of the lounge. Service like this makes a lasting impression, and I would absolutely return knowing I’ll be in such good hands.

Fantastic service
Pros:

Spectacular service at the Four Seasons Amman, easily one of the top staff for service of any Four Seasons I have stayed at. I started a trip to Jordan solo at this hotel, and they made me feel very comfortable and well taken care of. Breakfast was definitely a highlight getting to taste all the local delicacies. Comfortable rooms and I enjoyed a good massage at the spa.

Great Hotel
Pros:

We had a great trip at the Four Seasons Amman. The room was very spacious and comfortable. What the hotel lacked was a personal touch and it was a little anonymous. The breakfast could have been better organised. Youngish staff giggling between themselves not helping guests navigate how the breakfast worked in this hotel. Slow table service at a time of the day when you need to eat and get on. The Lobby staff were excellent as were those around the pool area. Beautiful fresh flowers everywhere. Reception staff welcoming. We stayed three nights, two at the beginning of our trip and one at the end.

I would like to share my wonderful experience at Four Seasons Hotel Amman and extend my special thanks to the outstanding employee Husam Al-Khalaileh 👏 who exemplified true professionalism and attention to detail. During our Iftar yesterday with my family, he personally served and carefully poured our dishes always ensuring our comfort with a constant smile and a positive attitude making our experience even warmer and more memorable.

I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to the management of Four Seasons Hotel Amman led by General Manager Till Klauss, for selecting such highly skilled and distinguished talent who reflect the highest standards of hospitality and service.

A truly commendable experience, and we will definitely be returning.

Relaxing in a top end hotel.
Pros:

Modern decor with top end electrical appliances. Super clean and room is sound proof so the noise from the bus street does not impact the tranquility inside the room.

Cons:

Exceptional stay with some of the best staff we’ve ever experienced!
Pros:

Excellent stay across all fronts! Great location, gorgeous rooms, fantastic dining.

The team are very professional, courteous, friendly, engaging and authentic. Refreshing to see hospitality at this level.

A huge thank you to Hani, Mosab, Motasem, Qusai and Lyanne.

Mina, Chef Omran and Maher were incredible!

WhatsApp service can be a bit quicker and Spa ambience needs some improvement as other guests were very loud and inconsiderate.

We can’t wait to visit you again!
