Great location - clean comfortable beds - lovely shower even though you have to play with the hose to keep it still - great breakfast
The lifts didn’t work because the housekeeping staff kept using them and had priority!!!
The lift went up and down several times from housekeeping on the other side of the lift so I ended up walking up to second floor and to be honest it got me really annoyed!!
Slow service from staff - not enough staff on reception or breakfast
Have stayed before very convenient location, spotlessly clean friendly staff and excellent breakfast
Had two problems first was that the extractor fan wasn’t working in the bathroom reported it to reception but were told that the maintenance team don’t work at weekends the second was that the room on the second day had not been cleaned the bins not emptied and wet towels were not changed the towel situation was quickly resolved by going to reception

The location was ideal for touring that part of Cornwall. The staff were so friendly and helpful.
The food offered for breakfast and evening meals was great.
The room had airconditioning, with no option to open the windows.
New. Very clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Useful stop off if going to Eden Project or on way to Cornwall. Costa and McDonald’s on doorstep.

Very minor things, nothing of real consequence. Accessible room had a slight bump going into room. Breakfast could have been extended beyond 9 am on weekdays
Absolutely ticked all the right boxes for a work trip. Staff were excellent and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Would recommend and definitely stay again.
