It was a last minute convenience booking. Most importantly bed was clean and we slept good.
Pros:

It was close to the airport. Staff was friendly.

Cons:

No notice of pool closure, we were offered to use the sister hotel pool but it was crowded. Washer/Dryers outdated and didn’t wash nor dry clothes too good and was over priced.

Exceeded expectations
Pros:

Our stay at Maui Beach Hotel exceeded our expectations.

What truly made the difference was the outstanding customer service. Before check-in, I had an important work call and asked if there was a quiet place where I could take it. Instead of simply offering a meeting area, the staff kindly gave me access to our room immediately. It was an incredibly thoughtful gesture that I really appreciated.

Even more impressive, when we returned a few days later for another stay, they once again checked us in early in the morning. I’ve stayed at many luxury hotels over the years, and I’ve honestly never experienced this level of flexibility and genuine care.

A special thank you to Tiana at the front desk, who was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay. She truly made us feel valued as guests.

As for the hotel itself, it’s a solid choice with a very good price-to-quality ratio. The breakfast buffet was decent, and while this is clearly a more budget-friendly property, it offers great value and a very convenient location for exploring Maui.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.

I was satisfied.
Pros:

I liked the hotel area, breakfasts, dinners (additional payment required), staff service, close location to the volcano and the ocean, although the beach is not for swimming, but overall I felt good here.

Cons:

I didn't really like that the room was not cleaned very well, in particular the mirrors were not polished properly, but in general everything was ok.

pathetic property and we feel cheated and scammed for taking high price from us for such property

Cons:

Property is being sold as beach side, but a very narrow strip of beach with rocks everywhere in the water.
Room was small and dirty with cockroaches moving around.
You take full charges of room with amenities, but swimming pool was non-functional
When we checked-in the room, the phone was not working and the locker too was not working
Over all we felt that extra money was taken from us but what was provided was a a much below par.
We were scammed to pay high price for the poor quality sub-standard property
