Hotel in guter lage, geeignet für Ausflüge im Raum Kahu Lui.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt recht gut, nah am Flughafen und eignet sich gut als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und zum Einkaufen in Kahu Lui. Ein Auto sollte man aber haben, wobei es reichlich Parkplätze gibt. Das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Zimmerbeschreibung war korrekt und für einige Nächte ist das Hotel als Ausgangspunkt zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Wir hatten uns im Vorfeld über das Hotel geärgert, weil ich wegen eines Tippfehlers einen Tag zu kurz gebucht hatte. Ich habe dann im Zuge der Booking.cm-Nachricht an das Hotel gefragt, ob eine Verlängerung möglich wäre. Dies war für mich zunächst eine unverbindliche Nachfrage. Wenige Stunden später habe ich dem Hotel geschrieben, dass sie meine Anfrage bitte vergessen sollen, da ich den fehlenden Tag extra dazu gebucht habe. 2 Tage später erfolgte die Nachricht des Hotels, dass man meine Buchung kostenpflichtig storniert habe (die erste). Auf meine 2.Nachricht ging man nicht ein. Ich habe dann über Booking.com versucht eine Lösung zu finden, was aber nicht gelang - das Hotel blieb stur. Und Booking.com schloss sich der Argumentation des Hotels an. Wobei ich mich auch von Booking.com im Stich gelassen fühlte. Eine einfache Anfrage ist und bleibt für mich noch kein verbindlicher Änderungswunsch.
Die Zimmerpreise empfinde ich als hoch, was aber wohl eher am Gesamtpreisniveau Hawaiis lag.

Overpriced
Cons:

I was disappointed with my stay, as the room did not feel like good value for the price. There was hair in the shower when I arrived, and the bed sheets had visible stains, which made the room feel unclean.

The bathroom did not have a proper solid door — it was more like a slatted door with narrow bars, offering very little privacy. It also did not fit the frame properly, and you had to use force to close it. Additionally, the bottom of the shower door appeared to be rusty.

Overall, the condition and cleanliness of the room did not match the price I paid.

위치가 공항과 가깝고 이동이 용이하다는 점은 좋았다. 로비에 커피를 끓여 아침 저녁으로 제공해주셨는데 참 맛있었고, 주변 풍경이 좋았다

Cons:

우선 와이파이가 거의 작동하지 않아 데이터 썼는데도 서로 사진 주고 받기에 힘들었고, 숙소에서 가끔씩 삑--하는 소리가 나서 깜짝 놀라 데스크에 얘기했더니 객실 내 화재경보기 베터리 문제인 것 같다고 해서 교체받고 주차장비 1일거를 미안하다고 삭감해주셨는데.. 환불해준다는 것을 재계산하여 다시 수정을 요구해야했고 계산실수가 2번이나 있어서 짜증나고 불쾌했다. 객실에 작은 벌레가 외출 후 돌아오니 보여서 몇마리나 잡았는지 모른다.

Pros:

From the desk friendly and helpful. Shuttle service excellent. Restaurant on 2nd floor was awesome . Food was very good.service was excellent. Price was reasonable and the cocktails compare to other restaurants in the city.

Good option that's close to the airport
Pros:

The proximity to the airport was great, and the value for what you get is unbeatable.

Cons:

The beds were not comfortable and the property is a little dated inside, but you pay for what you get. It's perfect for a 1-2 night stay.
