Questo è il punto dolente, colazione troppo tardi per essere compatibile con un volo mattiniero , navetta idem (che poi è il motivo per cui si prenota un albergo vicino all'aereoporto la notte prima di un viaggio). Ho dovuto all'ultimo momento prenotare un parcheggio in aeroporto, dato che non si è trovato modo per portarmi dall'albergo all'aeroporto, e ho dovuto fare colazione in aeroporto. Altre strutture della zona hanno un minimo di colazione al mattino presto e navetta per i primi voli. Lo staff, gentilissimo, ha cercato di supportarmi.

Hospedagem surpreendeu positivamente. Escolhemos pela proximidade do aeroporto e encontramos uma estrutura ótima. Quarto limpo, espaçoso e confortável. Jantamos muito bem no hotel, a comida estava excelente apesar de as funcionárias também terem indicado opções na cidade. Dia seguinte experimentamos a indicação no restaurante Desiree que foi maravilhoso! Ambiente acolhedor, comida muito saborosa e funcionários muito atenciosos. Toda experiência foi muito boa.

Cons:

Café da manhã bem no padrão americano, poderia ter mais frutas e pães mas nada que tenha prejudicado a hospedagem. Voltaria com certeza.

Unethical management and not worth the stay

I accidentally booked a 2-room stay for my family at this location. I was travel around Milan and accidentally booked the wrong Hilton. I called immediately after pressing “complete booking” online and the hotel staff refused to cancel the booking and refund me. So we had to detour our trip so we didn’t waste the money spent. Then, the staff was disinterested and unwelcoming at check-in. As the cherry on top, they charged us 16 euro for our breakfast despite the booking reservation saying breakfast was an additional 12 euro per person. This place is bad and management is clearly unethical. Would avoid!
