Tutto perfetto, pulizia, staff, ristorante e camera con letti comodissimi.
Ciò che ho detto anche allo staff, è inconcepibile che in un hotel 4 stelle da 120 e più euro, non ci sia la bottiglia di acqua, è una cosa di una “barbonaggine” assoluta. Spero il direttore prenda provvedimenti.
Se proprio devi farla pagare, caricala sulla camera! Che differenza faranno 2/3 euro in più’? Non è per gli spicci, è che magari arrivi in camera, ti spogli e ti accorgi che non c’è l’acqua, cosa fai? Ti rivesti e scendi a comprarla? Mettete lì almeno un cestino così vi si mettono 2 monetine!
Hotel was good and convenient near airport .
Air conditioning was not working properly they gave us a fan but unfortunately would have been better to change rooms.

La modernité, jolie chambre, spacieuse et confortable.
On a pu avoir 2 chambres communicantes alors que par message ils ne certifiaient rien.
La réceptionniste pas aimable, pas arrangeante, anglais moyen.
Prix pour le chien à 25€/nuit pas annoncé au départ.
Les petits déjeuners à 16€ (alors que je pensais qu’ils étaient compris) ne les valent pas, c’est varié mais tout est chimique et industriel.
L’ alarme incendie a retenti à 1h30 du matin, on a eu aucun mot d’excuse.
Déjà pas sympa par message puisque même une semaine avant ils ne pouvaient pas certifier qu’on aurait ou des chambres proches l’une de l’autre, ou communicantes pour être proches de nos enfants.

Terrible location where your closest public transport stop is a 25-30minute/2.5km walk away from the hotel, and some of the footpath is shared on the actual road. “Free shuttle” service only runs from certain times (I think 7am-11am and 7pm-11pm) and most of the hours in the middle of the day are at a cost and request, but the property did not communicate back on booking.com- go through the chat room on the hotel website. An uber from the airport was around €130 for a 15 minute drive (I checked this at 5pm on my arrival day), and an uber from the town after taking the bus to the closest public transport spot was still around €30.
Not much to do around it, that’s okay.
We stayed at this hotel as we had an early flight home the next morning, I had noted that the hotel had a shuttle service and was only 7kms from the airport, what i was unaware of was the shuttle doesn't start till 6.00am, which means if your flight leaves anything before - say 9.30 / 10.00am then this becomes a pointless place to stay - whatsmore they were unable to offer any taxi or any measn by which we could get to the airport - I was completely astounded (and stressed). In my opinion an airport hotel should have one, and only one imprortant thing - and thats to get its guests to the airport, the fact that it cannot is in my view completely unforgivable, even smaller lower cost nearby hotels offer 24 hour shuttles, for reference flights start at MXP from 5am or thereabouts - we ended up sharing a ride with a guy who had made his own travel arrangements and fortunately made our flight by there is no way we will stay there again
