Хороший отель для остановки на машине перед вылетом из Мальпенсии,заправка по пути в аэропорт,завтрак средний .

Cons:

в номере не топят,грелся в комнате феном!Раньше год назад - топили,теперь наверно газ закончился !)

Excellent short stay location for an early morning flight.
Pros:

Location, comfort, facilities and staff were all excellent. I struggle with back pain, but found the mattress to be extremely comfortable. Plenty of room in the bathroom, which had everything you'd need for a short stay. Location was perfect for Milan Malpensa , especially if you have a car hire from one of the companies that operate from Somma.

Cons:

Colazione un po’ scarsa come scelta.

Una cosa che mi ha fatto arrabbiare tantissimo è stata che ho prenotato (pagando in più perché ho dovuto selezionare una stanza con un costo maggiore) scegliendo di pagare in struttura(appunto per questo il prezzo della camera scelta era più alto)
Mi è stato chiesto da Booking di inserire una carta di credito nel caso in cui io non mi presentassi.
Arrivato in hotel al check in mi è stato detto che non c’era da pagare in quanto a loro risultava pagato con carta.
Io dovevo pagare in struttura con un altro metodo e questa cosa non mi va bene.

Good, caring staff, but the hotel has shortcomings that deter me from returning
Pros:

I want to start my review by stating that the hotel staff was consistently kind and caring. However, the hotel itself has several shortcomings: airport shuttle runs at very unusual hours (e.g., no shuttle in the morning after 10 am) and in the evening it is often late on pick ups from the airport, guest rooms' walls are so thin that you can easily hear your neighbors as well as outside noises, and the actual temperature in the rooms is uncomfortably hot. I wish I could give the hotel a higher rating because the staff really tries hard to deliver great customer service, yet again there are issues outside their control.

Great night sleep
Pros:

Great value for money. Freshly renovated, clean, large rooms, comfortable. Complementary airport shuttle bus. Great for overnight stay before or after the flight.

Cons:

The hotel restaurant is not ideal, but acceptable for one dinner.

Great stay
Pros:

Staff was extremely helpful, competent and kind, especially Mrs Paola. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed is super comfy. Location is good. They offer shuttle service to the airport which is complimentary during certain times per schedule. Breakfast is good.

Cons:

We missed slippers.
