A gem of a hotel with old world charm in Prague.
Pros:

The Receptionist (Martina ) was exceptionally talented person who was friendly and efficient at her job. If I owned a hotel I would employer her myself. We stayed in the Fran’s Kafka room which was well appointed and roomy, loved the idea of the free caffe machine.

Cons:

This is not a criticism but an improvement. Maybe a small long life milk in the room.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

One of the most beautiful rooms i ever stayed in. Only 10 minutes walk from the Central bus station. 24/7 reception desk, and delicios breakfast.

Cons:

A little noisy due to traffic on the street, but it doesn't ruin the overall impression

Pros:

Pokoje nádherné, prostorné a hlavně čisté! Snídaně vynikající a rozmanitá. Určitě se budeme rádi vracet ❤️

Cons:

Nemám moc ráda arogantní přístup u lidí, se kterým jsem se setkala u jedné z recepčních (měla takovou uštěpačnou poznámku) .. Ale komfort, jídlo a prostředí to plně vynahradili :)

Pros:

The the deluxe suite room was big, clean and the bed was comfortable, bathroom nice. Good air conditioning. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was okay, not the best but it was good.
