Breakfast was very good (plenty of choices) and the room exceeded our expectations. The hotel was clean, the staff was very friendly and overall everything was great. The location of the hotel is quite good, since it is very well connected to the city centre - around 20 minutes by walking or less than 10 minutes by taking a bus, tram or metro (yes, you have all the options possible from Florenc station).
We did not like Florenc station, due to the fact that there were some homeless people living around that area. This is, of course, not the hotel's fault, but rather an issue for the city of Prague. However, we didn't have any problems during our stay. While it might be unsettling for some tourists, we found the area to be perfectly safe. Hence, we would definitely recommend staying at Mucha to everyone.

The room was huge, much bigger than we expected and beautifully refurbished. Comfy beds, very nice and helpful staff. Great location, many restaurants and cafes nearby, riverside and other calm parks nearby. City centre also just 5 min with public transport. Breakfast selection wasn't huge as it is a small hotel, but quite tasty.
The outside/lobby looks quite outdated, the pillows could have one with feathers instead of same type of filling, and I wish there were some waffles/pancakes for breakfast (only 1 day there were pancakes).
