食事が日本食を含めてメニューが豊富

Cons:

チェックアウト後、上部階のフリースペースで航空便待ちの時間調整、その後ホテルを出発しようとしたが、その時、フロントの男性職員が追いかけてきて、宿泊代金が未済でないかと言ってきた。レシートを見せたが納得せずにしつこく付きまとった。最終的に部屋には次の客がいることを確認したようだったが、お詫びの言葉もなく、歯切れの悪い結果だけが残った。

Unprofessional treatment

Very good hotel, very well located, clean rooms, confortable bed.

Cons:

The staff was very polite except for one thing that I didn't like. I arrived early at the hotel 3 hours before checkin time, very tired of the long flight. The staff told me that checkin time was at 14 pm and did not offer even a coffee or a glass of wáter or at lesast some confortable place to wait, I was told to leave the suitcase there and "go somewhere", then come back. I was treated as if I was not a guest despite knowing that I would be in a couple of hours. Once I checked in they treated me very well, but not before.
