I was allowed to check in early. The rooms were spacious and clean. The buffet style breakfast was the best out of all the hotels I stayed at during my holiday in the US.. Excellent and professional staff

We would highly recommend the Embassy Suites at Logan Airport for visitors to the Boston area.
Pros:

The food in the restaurant was delicious and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The staff reached out by text after check-in and throughout our stay to see if we needed anything and responded promptly when we did. Staff were courteous, friendly, and very approachable. Our kids loved the pool. The location is so convenient - there is a T stop just a short walk from the lobby and easy highway access. Great place to stay with a family.

Cons:

They did run out of towels at the pool Friday night for a little while, and there was only one waitress on staff in the restaurant Saturday night which led to longer wait times. They seemed a little surprised/unprepared to be that busy with that many guests. But the staff were all very friendly and accommodating and handled the pressure well.
