Things didn’t go as well as we liked. When we got to the hotel, about 4pm, we couldn’t check in because the system was down. We left to explore the city. When we returned about 9:30pm, they were manually checking people into rooms. The lobby was packed and chaotic. We got into our room about 10:30pm. The night was ok. The next couple days, there was not hot water in the entire building. Other than that, which are things out of the staff’s control, things were great. The hotel was clean and staff was friendly.
Stayed here before for business. Excellent hotel, enormous rooms. Very pleasant. Free shuttle from airport nearby is bonus. Would recommend and will return.
Price was quite high - £300 per night. Though work did coincide with the world cup, and America is very expensive anyway - so more a general criticism, rather than targeted towards them. I’m sure you could pay more for worse elsewhere!
Steven(Valet) is truly an exceptional professional and customer service is 5 Stars/A+. Extremely attentive to every detail in regard to assistance and customer support to a Retired Military Disabled Veteran.
Very close avoids all Boston traffic
The proximity and the shuttle to Logan airport were a huge bonus. The hotel is also located by a park in which she can exercise and near the blue line T so you can easily get into downtown Boston. The evening snacks and breakfast were very good.
Staff were not very friendly.
The hotel is closed to the airport. Rooms are big and clean. Bed is good
The welcome was very poor. No smile. It took a long time to reach the front desk from the airport to ask for a shuttle. Then I was told to wait 20 minutes for the shuttle to come. We decided to take a taxi who had a tantrum when we told him we were going to the Embassy Suite! People are so different from Puerto Rico !!!! I already wanted to go back home. The hotel is a four star hotel and there was no shower cap, no magnification glass , nothing. Rooms are so very expensive. We paid $500 for ONE night and besides the waitress at the restaurant the rest of the staff is not well trained in my view.
Breakfast
Zero communication for phones. After a long flight could not confirm where the shuttle was durnot phone lines down. There was no hot water in the facility due to broken parts.
we just got to the Embassy suites at Logan International Airport. Our flight was canceled. We were flustered when we got to Embassy. Suites and Rosa was outstanding, the town took great interest in us and she was wonderful. She’s a wonderful example of what a good employee should be thank you thank you thank you
Where do I begin. Shortly after checking in and getting settled, we were completely shocked and terrified when an unknown person unlocked our room and began to enter. Thankfully, they were just as shocked, screamed, and immediately shut the door, shouting that they had been given someone else’s room.
To add insult to injury, after leaving for dinner that evening, we returned to find that our keys no longer worked. After FOUR trips to the front desk and our children sitting in the hallway for half an hour, staff were finally able to access our room. Had nearby hotels not been sold out, we would have certainly left.
You’d think the horror ended there, but they really need to remove “Premium” from the walls of the 10th floor. The rooms are old with rust on the doors, the lamp shades were spotted with odd stains, and the air panel was hanging off the wall. On the second night, there was no hot water for bathing, And don’t attempt to call the front desk from your room at any point during your stay….“all circuits are busy”!! Despite asking to speak with onsite management multiple times, excuse after excuse (aka blatant lies) were given pertaining to their availability.
We have never spent a night at a Hilton property this subpar, and we never will again. It needs to be ranked #97 of 97 for hotels in Boston.
Convenient airport hotel for BOS; but so much more. I’d never explored East Boston and it’s so easy to do on foot from this hotel. Waterfront and skyline views are just minutes away through interesting neighborhoods without the throngs of tourists common in Boston.
Really clean and super close to the airport. The airport bus was really good and the driver was really helpful in making sure we got to the right terminal.
