Cons:

Das Sofa im zweiten Zimmer war nicht als Bett hergerichtet. Dieses muss man selbst tun. Die Kaution in Höhe von 100 USD.

Just okay. Room was good, except for view. But no compliant. Better quality food. (warm or cold)
Pros:

Breakfast was always cold. We ate at three different times and it was always the same. Especialy the scrambled eggs and pancakes. Also not much food for the evening reception. Chip bowl was empty the first 20 minutes and as far as I could tell never refilled. Chips are not very expensive at least not for a good review.

Cons:

Better serve for the so called complimentary breakfast and evening reception.

Pros:

The location, Josephine the waitress. The half and half. The tea options. The breakfast. The view of the city.

Cons:

The sofa bed was not great. There should be a warning that it really isn't suited for an adult human.

Pros:

I appreciated that the bathroom had doors to both the living area and the bedrooom.

Cons:

I was disturbed that the Down button on the elevator on the 6th floor did not light up which meant you had no idea if the elevator was coming. Also, the sixth floor ice machine room had a sign saying you could get ice on the 5th or 7th floor.

Super convenient but difficult parking.
Pros:

Proximity, free shuttle, helpfulness of staff.

Cons:

Very confusing situation with parking and valet system. Fortunately the staff helped us by suggesting we drop off our rental car early since the rental center was next door. Saved money on the rental and valet/parking!

Great hotel for a New England or Boston!
Pros:

Prime location for airport and walking distance to the car rental center and blue line subway or silver line bus. Shuttle service to the airport. They’ll tag your luggage and store it until check in time. Good breakfast, Starbucks on site.

Great breakfast that satisfied us. The made to order omelet was amazing!
Pros:

It was conveniently located at the airport where we were flying out from.

Cons:

I’m thankful we read the small print that explained there was no parking at the motel. We were able to return the rental car and save $50 that it would have cost to park our rental car
