That's good for business trip in Beijing area.

The hardware is some kind of old, the location is very good

The front desk speaks no English, which is rare for a large international hotel in Beijing. The property is nice, but I had a lot of unnecessary and unusual trouble. My key card stopped working on 3 separate occasions during my 5 day stay. The housekeeping didn't replace my instant coffee and due to them not being to understand my request for a replacement I was directed to buy coffee at the hotel bar. And I had a problem with the room and had to spend over an hour getting hotels.com to communicate with the hotel before having to agree to pay a pretty large change fee because the hotel was completely inflexible.

1. 언어적인 불편함이 가장 큽니다. 중국어가 되지 않으면 소통이 거의 불가능합니다.
2. 호텔스 닷컴에서 조식 포함으로 예약을 했는데 체크인하니 조식 미포함으로 되어 있었습니다.
3. 체크인 후 받은 키로 방으로 들어가려니 문이 열리지 않았습니다.
4. 방 이용에 대한 설명이 없어 음료 및 음식 이용을 할 수 없었습니다.
5. 티비가 깨끗하게 나오지 않았습니다.
6. 주변에 음식점들이 거의 없습니다.

实话实说，酒店住宿环境还是很不错的，但是管理太混乱了，预授权刷了5000，还多800块，虽然跟他们反应说会退，但是总体来讲，管理混乱

Hotel situado convenientemente en Beijing. Funcional y moderno, con las comodidades exigibles en China.

Enjoyed stay. Friendly staff. Room clean. Pool not adequate. Breakfast ok. Staff polute.

Nice big hotel with all services even a massive lap pool and gym in the underground shopping area. Downsides is the limited English of reception staff to support ticketing etc and its not that close to the old city.

The hotel is in a nice location, in a walking distance to a major shopping mall and subway station. A food court and walmart are located at underground floor of the hotel, making it convenient fro shopping an dinning. The hotel lobby is nice and spacious. Room is spacious but not clean enough and furniture is old. staff is generally friend.

I really didn't enjoy my stay at this hotel.

First I arrived around 3 pm, and the hotel haven't finished cleaning my room, and they said they do not have other rooms available for me. (Which I find it hard to believe as it is such a huge hotel)
And then I waited until after 4 pm for the room to be ready, but I was very tired and needed a shower and some sleep.

Second, the room is full of smoke odour, perhaps coming from the air conditioning that is pouring in filthy air from other rooms smoking.

And then I was given direction for gym located in the basement floor, which was a underground street with dodgy dark lighting and cheap looking restaurants. The gym had okay selection of equipments but very old, with a depressing vibe.

The hotel reception wasn't very helpful when I asked them to please clean the room a bit quicker, they keep saying they have called, but 20 mins later when I entered the room, the cleaner hadn't arrived yet.

The room is a bit run down, the view from my window is a sad-looking patio, the fabric on the sofas and the chair was dirty.

The only part that I would compliment on, is the size of the room, which was very spacious.
But unless you're a heavy smoker who wouldn't mind the room filled with smokey smell and getting a headache, I wouldn't suggest a night's stay in here.

We stayed on two separate occasions during March. Everything was comfortable, convenient, and the highlight was the staff. Staff on the executive floors were especially helpful, professional and friendly. Special mention should be made for Sweet (#8363), Anne (#8483), and two other young ladies whose names I cannot, unfortunately, remember.

I still find Beijing difficult, but the Empark was easy and comfortable. The food is pretty good, stuff to look at. Nice staff.

this was a good price for the type of hotel, but there is still smoking even though there is no smoking. the location isnt really close to anything. huge hotel and the downstairs mall area is a convenient.

Enjoyed my stay! However, hotel could benefit from a designated airport shuttle company. Making arrangements for a car from the airport to the hotel was difficult because of language barriers. The Walmart in the basement of the hotel was a welcomed plus.

Must have been a great hotel when new, but now to rooms were a little shabby and tired and smelled of smoke. In fact the whole hotel smelled of smoke even the restaurant. People smoke everywhere, making relaxing in the impressive lobby with a drink impossible unless you too are a smoker.
This is not a hotel really for tourists but more for Chinese business men and women. Breakfast definitely catered to the Chinese palate and while this was not a problem for me it may be for many western tastes.
Free internet was slow and almost useless.
