Neudržovaný a až špinavý.
Pros:

Jednání paní manažerky, lokalita.

Cons:

Největším zklamáním byla čistota. Vířivá vana po spuštění vypouštěla nečistoty, ručníky i koupelnová předložka byly znečištěné. Nepříjemným překvapením bylo také to, že snídaně nejsou podávány přímo v hotelu, ale v jiném objektu, což při rezervaci není dostatečně zřejmé. U pokojů ve vyšších patrech bez výtahu by uvítal člověk lepší informovanost a vstřícnější přístup personálu při řešení vzniklých problémů. Za cenu ubytování jsem očekával výrazně vyšší úroveň čistoty i služeb a hlavně jednání slečny na recepci že hrozné.
Je vidět že se do hotelu příliš neinvestuje, respektive téměř vůbec.

Excelent location, cozy room, stylish building
Pros:

Superb location, nice view and cozy room. The building and hotel are stylish, staff is friendly, easy check-in and comfortable luggage storage.

La posizione centralissima e le dimensioni della camera

Cons:

La colazione( in un locale esterno ) a metà mattinata il buffet dei dolci era sempre quasi del tutto terminato

Hotel bez windy z milionem schodów na 3 piętro, bardzo niewygodny parking. Hotel mało elastyczny w kwestii zmian.
