We loved this hotel. Located in a wonderfully quiet and atmospheric, quiet part of town and a 5-minute walk to the Old Town madness (and it is madness), it's got old-world charm and an abundant buffet breakfast. The beds were comfortable and our room was HUGE and very quiet and clean. I adored walking up the cobblestone street to get home each night. It's like a secret in plain sight.
It's not really a complaint. I really enjoyed this hotel. My only constructive feedback: We asked staff about going to the local hospital for a non-urgent need, and they sent us to one nearest hotel, which was NOT tourist-friendly and more for locals who needed to be admitted. That hospital directed us to the main hospital, which has a tourist division.
The room was incredibly spacious and nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable. Large bathroom. Everything was spotless. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. Delicious breakfast with so many choices. The hotel was quiet but only 5 minutes away from the Charles Bridge.

The room was really spacious with a sofa and a desk and a lot of storage space. Some of the furniture was antique. THe place felt relaxing
The air-conditioning unit did not work which was not good considering that the first day it was 31C outside. There seemed to have been a severe technical problem which could not be fixed while we were there for 4 nights
Very friendly and excellent location. Nice room and good beds. Airco is very good.
Parking available but very small and not really practical to use for leaving on day trips. But Hotel is in centre of Prague so car is not really needed on a daily basis.

Romantický a prostorný pokoj, celkově příjemná atmosféra historického prostoru. Velice milý a ochotný personál hotelu. Lokalita v centru Malé Strany.
Snídaně byla dobrá, ale rozhodně bych ji nehodnotil jako něco vyjímečného tak jak to bylo původně prezentováno.
